For people who resell tickets on ticketmaster.com.

When did the Service Fee become 15% of the price? They already take 10% from seller. I thought it was a set service fee like it is for regular (non resale) tickets (around 10 bucks).

Or was this always the case and I never noticed since most of the face value of my tickets is sub 100.

It's always been the case.

Early in the season i was pretty pumped about TM Resale cause I assumed the only service fee was what I paid, and the buyer pays what buyer sees but realized pretty early that they just tack on another fee when buyer checks out.

So ultimately, same fees as stubhub, just CAD instead of USD.
