Monty McCutcheon and Sean Corbin are reffing this game, and both have had a lower percentage of home teams winning in the playoffs (37.5% and 33.3% respectively). Hope they keep it up and don't regress to the mean (had 64% and 68% in the regular season)

Wont be a short series trust me. Raps gonna surprise you. Compared to Detroit and Atlanta, yall are gonna face the

-Best defense so far in the playoffs
-The Best backcourt out of the 3 teams, Even though they've played like ass so far
-The best player out of the 3 teams, Kyle Lowry
-The best center out of the 3, Granted Val comes back healthy
-The best depth and best role players
-The loudest arena and the best fanbase

Welcome to the North

lol where is this confidence coming from.

lmao chill. Did i say we're winning the series. All those points i made aside, we still not beating the cavs. I was just pointing out how we would be a tougher competition compared to the Pistons and Hawks. Thats it lmao.

Who knows if we even beat miami

All of the points he made are true, and it's not a very outlandish statement to say that we'd be a tougher team for the Cavs to sweep than the Pistons and Hawks.

...are you serious?

In the comic, north korea is looking for a mantra/tagline. Dude comes up with "we the north", because, you know, theyre NORTH korea. The joke is that the raptors already have that saying, hence why the guy says "I know its been done before". It makes perfect sense.

We have one of the worst offenses of the playoffs, I will be surprised if we don't get swept.

Our offense is ugly but we make the other team play just as ugly. I just dont see us getting swept. Cavs winning in 5 looks more likely

Of course he can, but the rest of the team is inconsistent, he already have his takeover game in the 4th one. Add that they won't have Whiteside and Deng isn't 100% I think the Raptors have a great chance at closing it out.
