And this is the problem right there. Most of you **** settle and treat below average women like goddesses because you think you can't get better. Then these **** women act like they are the ish because you idiots let them.

Most males disgust me in this area. I regularly meet girls who act like they are a 10 when they are a **** 6 because guys treat them like queens. They have neither the looks nor the internal qualities you look in a girls to get treated like that.

All guys need to better themselves and hold out for the best and these females will start behaving accordingly to get your attention. And we won't be having this obesity discussion that I keep hearing with guys over and over.

Ain't nobody got time for that.

But for real when I was in gaining mode I would calculate my meals for the week. Prep most of them. Make sure I had 1.5x my weight in protein daily . 1800 calories for breakfast. Slow digesting Protein shake before bed... You know what I would be in for if I ran a blender after 9pm? I literally do not have time for that.
