WUT?

Hawks are very overrated.

Teague and Shroder are inconsistent, Horford has fell off and takes too many 3's now, and Korver is easy to stop in the playoffs.

Raptors were better than the Hawks this season.

Defensively the Hawks are overrated too. They had no real shot blocking centre and interior defense.

That Celtics fan is in shambles dont bother. He's been saying on the GB that the raps are frauds and will lose to the pacers/heat. Let him enjoy eating crow

I m starting more and more to believe that regular season records don t mean much especially in the EC.I don t want to offend anyone s team here but the EC is still relatively weak and we all knew from the beginning of the season that only the Cavs were thought as serious contenders for the ring.it feels like it s the Cavs and seven other teams that are a good warmup on their road to the finals

Then why are the two best records in the East facing each other?

I wasn t talking about the order.I was talking about a team with 57 wins in the RG facing a 56 win team in the RG.And the gap between them is pretty big at least the way i see it.

This will be a very short series, Toronto will probably double team a lot leaving Cleveland's shooters open constantly and they tend to play erratic in tight games like we've seen a lot in the 1st 2 rounds.

The Raps did a poor job guarding the 3 in round 1 against the Pacers. If they do that against the Cavs, they'll get smoked. They'll have to try and slow Lebron/Kyrie down.....dont want them penetrating and finding open shooters at will.

The Cavs have a lot of size up front. Something neither the Heat/Pacers had.

One positive for the Raptors...>Kryie/JR Smith are garbage defenders so Derozan and Lowry should have an easier time getting their game off.

The Cavs are the more talented team but the Raps should give them a much better battle than they have seen so far.

It's funny because this picture is supposed to be a joke against the Cavs and especially LeBron, yet the Raptors won 56 games while the Thunder won 55. The Thunder are definitely better, but it's still comical how these overexaggerated narratives develop.

In fact, the Cavs have faced an opponent with a higher record in every single round compared to the Warriors, but let's keep making fun of how weak the East is.

Nice, your 8-seeds are better than the West's.

Without injuries, the Warriors would have faced the Clippers in the 2nd round, the Spurs/Thunder in the WCF, and Cavs in the Finals. Not an easy road whatsoever...

I guarantee you, if somehow this offer was made by the NBA, this is how it would play out:

NBA: Spurs/Warriors/Thunder, would you like to be an Eastern Conference team and trade places with the Cavs? Cavs have to agree as well.

All 3: YES!
Cavs: Hell no.

That would tell you everything you need to know.

So your little made up narrative tells me all I need to know?

So if the Cavs do lose this series, does that expose Lebron's game?

If we start getting physical and he just packs it in...again. What will it say about him.

Us, we have nothing to lose at this point. We have played like crap and made it to the ECF.

If we do get a lead in the series, it's going to be fun to watch the hate flow.

JR isn't a garbage defender. His defense has been great in the playoffs so far and it was last year too. Agreed about Kyrie though. Lowry has killed us.

Believe it or not cavs are favored by 10 points the first game. That's about as close as Pistons as their first round opponent. They were 11 point favorites against Pistons.

Knowing our luck, Tristan Thompson is going to start nailing 3 pointers. Solomon Hill somehow became a marksmen against us in the first round, and so did Wade the second round.

Yes after 13 years in the league, 4 MVPs and 2 titles, his game will be exposed at the age of 31. His game has obviously been fool's gold all these years.

Hasn't won any without Wade.

So you can make that argument.

The Raptors are better underdogs than they are favourites. I'm confident they can surprise some people with how they battle this series, but I'm not expecting a series win. LeBron is always in the Finals. He can beat good teams by himself. The only threat the Raptors really have is to get a quick lead on the series and cause dissent with the Cavs and eat away at that shaky chemistry. They may be dancing now, but they haven't been tested yet. Get KLove bitching about touches. Test Kyrie's questionable D and shot selection. Get Tristan wishing he was playing for his favourite team. Get JR thinking about which club he's going to in the 3rd quarter.

Yeah, Wade was clearly carrying him. Now he'll just have to sit at home and watch Wade the rest of these playoffs.

Someone from the East needs to stop Lebron from another finals. Can't see it being us but I hope the Raps make it tough on them. Kyrie and JR scare me

Wade didn't pass the test this round, let's see if Lebron does.

That being said, Kobe had the same argument playing with Shaq. So it is a very valid point.

Until he wins one without him.

Folks underrating Raptors.

Lowry will be able to get to the basket on the Cavaliers now that they refuse to play big, and chances are the Cavaliers' shooting will cool. If JV is back, Cleveland will be in trouble because they don't adjust for matchups and his length with be a problem for TT. Refs will be Toronto's corner too.

Still think Cleveland probably wins, but would be surprised if they do it in less than six.
