But why would the NBA want to help out the Sixers? Their tanking the last few years has made the entire league look bad. Why reward them for it?

In fairness, my post contains 44 words. 44 times 3 (Allen Iverson's number) equal 132. Subtract that from the product of Iverson and Mutumbo's numbers and you get 33.
