Russell actually had a pretty good season all things considered, Mudiay is a great passer but he can't shoot yet and Russell had to deal with Scott's bad coaching

Couldn't care less. But D'Angelo could use this as a motivation to come back next season with vengeance.

The only thing he screwed up this year is the Young tape. That was stupid. Byron Scott wasn't a big help too.

Not that I'm always too hopeful, but I expect D'Angelo next season to be a candidate for the MIP, considering the experience of the past season, the summer development and Luke as a coach.
