Whiteside is a heat4lifer. Will be nice when we re-sign him and see how salty Lakers fans will be.They've been pencilling in Whiteside into their 2017 roster for like a year now.

Just check their board, they have a thread on it as we speak lol.

Sign5 clearly didn't go beyond the first page. They are ripping into Hassan and are mostly hesitant to sign him for a max. A lot of it is from watching JV take his lunch...but I don't think they know he was suffering from a thigh bruise and an ankle injury in the same leg since game 3 of the first round. His health directly affects his game; he's a DPOY candidate for a reason. If he were as bad as he was playing against jv, he couldn't sniff that award. They also aren't taking into account that he does not have many reps. He's played less than 2 seasons of nba basketball. They're going to cry when they overpay for biyombo or ezeli (both are getting overrated to a shocking degree). Biyombo is especially overrated. He's the center of a team headlining a layup drill in the ecf.

LOL. I hope everyone things whiteside sucks from that first round series. lower the price on him lol. unfortunately GM's are smarter than the people who are on a sports forum.

that all depends. if we offer him the max and he walks it will be alot different than if we offer him 80% of max and he walks...

Not really, Pat would only give a one year max deal to keep the capspace for next season and make a run at Durant and Westbrook together. So realistically it would be Max Wade for one year then try to spend the rest on a center. No chance Deng signs for just one season with better offers on the table.

Again like its been obvious for the past season Whiteside will get a max and he will select the team he want to go to. Hopefully its us but its Whiteside in complete control here.
