2016 Offseason Priorities
My thoughts:
• Resign Durant
• Decide on Dion Waiters
• Continue to look for a two way shooting guard
• Maybe explore Serge Ibaka & Enes Kanter trade offers?
• Find someway to dump Singler if he doesn't improve
• Find another washed up veteran to play big minutes for us in front of young guys

Yes to all except the last one. Serge only if there's an offer that knocks your socks off.

Re: 2016 Offseason Priorities
You forgot the most important one
-Get a reliable, veteran PG.. Who knows how to handle pressure and doesn't give the ball to Russ when he's full 'Chuckbrook mode'
I think we need a intelligent, reliable PG as much as we need a 3 & D guy.

Re: 2016 Offseason Priorities
I say we keep this squad together unless we get a good trade for kanter. And believe and see waiters, Adams and Robersons development. No reason we can't winks next year

Sweet, can play him over Russ and Cam. 2 birds, 1 stone.

Agree on points 1 - 5. Not so sure about 6. I'd like to see Cam Payne get more run next year. This kid didn't even get Summer League last year. I think he could improve quite a bit if given the time and the confidence.

Re: 2016 Offseason Priorities
Replace Dion, Kanter, Singler, Foye, and maybe even Ibaka.
Hope KD re-signs and remembers how to dribble.
Cam get stronger and develop some type of close range game.
Alternatively we can believe that 8 game hot streak was the real team and continue to have an epic amount of collapses.

“If you're getting stops and you're making threes and the other team's not scoring, that's when you're going to see a huge point difference there,” coach Billy Donovan said.

I, too, follow Nate Jones.
There's no way we get him. Not enough money, and he's staying in CHA.

Serge absolutely has to go. His dumb 3 point foul sealed the deal for me. How many times did he foul on a 3 in the playoffs? Its was 2 or 3 times. Kanter is getting max money and he should start at the 4.

Kanter starting at the 4 works against teams that play 2 traditional bigs. Sometimes. How many of those are there?
