You shut your filthy mouth.

How would you not say yes?

I would consent to be waterboarded to prevent that trade.

Goran, Vucevic is a good player. Averaged 18/9. One of the better centers in the league. Only 25. Locked up for the next 3 seasons at a reasonable salary. Plus we still would have two lottery picks. Its a good deal.

Then why don't the Magic value him enough to keep him? I'm concerned that he won't move the needle.

Magic know they have to give to get. I wanted to see what was reasonable. Wouldn't be surprised if Magic fans bashed me for this.

Not really. Suns keep two of their best three assets and get the only all star in the trade.

Look at OKC vs GSW.

Only 2 players on each team matter.

I'd rather 2 top players and 50m in cap space than a mediocre NBA roster.

Keep Bled, Booker, Len, and Goodwin. I don't think that roster is gutted. Warren is tough to give up. Knight not so much.

Championship teams purposely gut their roster so they can pay 2-3 superstars to win them championships.

Boston traded 9 players and 3 picks for 2 players to win a championship.

What are you talking about? OKC has gotten where they are largely on the play of Adams, Roberson, and to a lesser extent Kanter and Waiters. I mean, yeah, they have their big two (who often don't shoot efficiently), but if those two (the former two) were not defensively great they would have been eliminated a series ago.

As far as the Warriors, I assume your 2nd guy is Thompson...I think for most of the season, people though Green was more important than him...plus Iguodala plays a big part and they do have former #1 pick Bogut.

But I do agree that I'd rather have 2 top players at 50m in cap space.

Question..

1. Are you a Bulls fan?
2. Why didnt you also include Simmons and Booker going to Bulls just to ensure the deal go through.

The one area which has been overlooked is the inside...

Tim Duncan as recent as the 2013 and 2014 playoffs, have proven when shots stop falling, the Spurs had an inside guy who could score 20 and in crunch time too.

Very valuable. It also allows the team to have 2 options to score from.

I recall the golden era center days, where Hakeem would always get the ball, apply pressure inside, he either scored or kicked out to a Mario Ellie or Maxwell for an open 3pter... Robinson too...

Heck Barkley days, Majerle, Ainge at the perimeter worked... IN then OUT...

Sixers fan here.

Okafor is only available because he is behind a better player in Embiid at the 5, and isn't a good ft with Embiid, OR Simmons that is coming in, and is also a better player.

It isn't because he isn't wanted. He is just in a crowded front court, and could bring a lot back in trade to balance out our roster. Our wing, and guard talent is the worst in the league.

I would take 4 and Knight for him, and I think that the Sixers probably would too. Knight is a talented but flawed combo guard, that would instantly make us much better, and Dunn could be our starting point guard, and would really improve us too.

I can't stress enough to you the lack of talent that we have outside of our bigs, and we are about to add Simmons to the mix.

What surprises me most is that there is just an assumption that Embiid is healthy. Is a frontcourt of Simmons, Noel and Embiid a good fit together? If you have those three and Dunn, that would leave you with very little shooting.

I wouldn't describe it as an assumption of him being healthy. It is more like guarded optimism. The medical situation looks good right now.

I don't think Noel really factors in to anything. He is Embiid insurance, and his back up if he can be healthy. Simmons and Saric would be the ones playing WITH Embiid.

I was thinking that Noel could basically be the center insurance for Embiid and you have Simmons/Saric at 3/4 then it works better. But I wasn't sure if people were thinking Embiid, Simmons and Noel would be on the floor together.

Knight, 4, 13, 28 and Warren? This was the deal for Carmelo Anthony in his prime: Wilson Chandler, Raymond Felton, Danilo Gallinari, Timofey Mozgov, a 2014 1st as well as two 2nds.

Maybe use green font next time?

Amazing that everyone thinks Towns is untouchable, yet OK4 is on the block.

Again, if we have the chance to get him and we don't... I'll be very angry.

Lol. No. And Butler is a top 5 two way player in the NBA, on a fantastic deal for three more years, and entering his prime. This is the absolute most I would give up but I posted it because it is still worth it. Suns keep Bledsoe, Booker, and all of our remaining future picks including the Miami selections in this deal.

Suns trade three selections in a weak draft, a guard in Knight who is the definition of addition by subtraction, and TJ who I really like.

I'm a huge Jah fan but thats like comparing Boogie Lite at best to a guy with Prime Duncan upside who was basically the equivalent of Horford as a rookie making a case for All-NBA third team consideration
