The NBA license requires games to be $60 from the jump or so I've heard from a 2K dev. A game like NBA Live still has to start to sell for 60 no matter the price drops that happen after.

Unless you work for EA or have friends that do. They have a store in their building and whenever I stop by to do work there, I can buy any brand new game for $20. Heck, I even bought NBA2k16 the day after it came out for $20 there.

My name is Chad. I live in erie pa. I have four kids. I work as a foreman at a plastiscs shop. My main job there is process technician. Its about 50/50 on me actually liking the job but it pays to good. Im currently trying to teach myself C++ from tuturials on the net. My goal is to try and get into making indie video games. Start out small.

It was the year we drafted Shaq I became a fan, I was 9 years old or so. We dont get alot of nba up here in erie, so I used to look forward to I think saturdays and sundays on nbc were the days. I dont remember what got me into following the magic but that doesnt matter I guess. I didnt get to watch alot but for the last three years or so Ive gotten the league pass, havent missed a game since. As a side note when we dont get are announcers on league pass boston has got to have the worst announcers. Im looking forward to theses next few seasons and watching the team grow.

31, Born in raised in Los Angeles California 8-) . Became a magic fan when I was in 3rd grade 92-93 cause of Shaq. Despise the Lakers Franchise, fan base, and everything about them (although I have many friends who are Lakers fans). When I was in 5th grade I had a "Spring performance" on the night nick anderson missed those dreaded free throws, and I snuck in my dads black and white "watchman" and remember being so pissed having to go out there after that lol. Shaq to LA basically ruined my childhood. Dwights a clown. Have always wanted to visit Orlando and catch a Magic Game. Wrestling addict.

I may as well update mine as well...

I'm still Jim, but after two hectic years in auto insurance, I too decided I would start over and go back to school, not to attain another degree but rather just taking a few classes to supplement my degree in economics.

My name is Scott. Born, raised, and live in Sanford.
I'm 55, so one of the old farts on the board.
Signed up in 2001. We can't believe it has been that long.
Been a lot of highs and lows during those years.
Hopefully new highs are coming!
Became a fan during the playoffs where we got swept by the Rockets.
Go Magic!

Thanks! Yeah man its tough being a Magic Fan out here. Lakers fans are literally the worst. So satisfying they've been doing so bad, especially since I had to hear non stop crap about dwight and in reality he was the catalyst for their demise. Respect! :usa:

I realized that I have never posted in this thread.

My Username is my real name Howard Mass.

My family move from New Jersey to Central Florida right before my 10th birthday.

I started with RealGM shortly after they launched in 2000 when I was just a few months out of high school as a Columnist, Draft Analyst and a Partner. Since 2010, I pretty much work 7 days as a week behind the scenes on the site and as the Administrator of the RealGM Forums.

In 2008, I graduated from Beacon College in Leesburg, Florida. Yes, I do have a learning disability and while life was a little rough, I did quite well for myself.

It's amazing how the years have gone by but no matter what have always been true to the Orlando Magic.

My name is Mitya. I'm from Minsk, Belarus. Magic fan since Shaq-Penny days. Originaly, I was an author of RealGM's Orlando Magic affiliate page called MagicPride and moderator of the boards. In 2000's I try to collect the Magic stats, pictures, facts, etc. and post them on the site. Right now my collection is about 450 Magic games and thousands of the Magic's photos and pictures.

I might have found RealGM sooner if I didn't take 18 months off to go out to Wyoming and be a mountain man working on a ranch. I went from being a Computer geek to riding horses every day. Even took naps after lunch on the front porch every day with the hat hung low over the eyes facing the mountains with my great uncles. The best was on my second day ever riding a horse getting thrown off the horse wearing tennis shoes. I almost got stuck in the stirrups and dragged around the arena. Then, I understood what Cowboy Boots are reall for.

Name is Matt, age 26. Was born and raised in Orlando, grew up watching Magic games, but didn't really pay that much attention until the heart and hustle days. Watching Armstrong and Outlaw are really my first memories of the Magic. I recently moved to Atlanta (October 2015) with my wife, but I will stay a Magic fan my whole life. I can't even comprehend rooting for the Hawks, haha. If anyone knows any bars where Magic fans gather in Atlanta, let me know!
