Keep your young guns!

Great series fellas, I can't imagine how hard this must be right now. But my opinion is that Adams, Roberson and Waiters can be big parts of your success going forward.

Adams is a top 5 or so center right now and he only figures to get better.

Roberson is as good a perimeter defender as there is in this league and any jumpers he hits is a bonus. Plus his rebounding and backdoor cuts are vicious.

Waiters played so well in this series before Game 7. His ability to get to the bucket and find a big or a cutter for easy finishes was the missing ingredient in his game before this season. He's worth extending.

Including KD, Westy and Ibaka that right there is a title contending starting 5 and 6th man. Waiters comes in for extra offense when Roberson needs a breather and isn't a half bad defender in his own right.

As Draymond said, "This team deserves to be in the Finals as much as we do."

That's basically the prevailing opinion around here. I think most people would like a better shooter as our starting SG, but if Robes keeps working he can get there.

It felt like once Dion reverted back into being Dion our chances of winning this series went out the window. So I agree he could be huge for us. COULD be. But he's been really inconsistent. It's hard to have much faith in the kid at this point for me personally. All during this playoff run I never felt confident because I knew Waiters was playing a big part and I wasn't confident in him to be able to continue that at all. Sure enough, his luck (and by extension ours) ran out.

I have to say, Waiters looked like a bust before these playoffs, being a inconsistent bench player after being drafted so high and still on his rookie contract?

Now, do the Thunder extend him? Is he worth over $10 million a year?
