@JCameratoCSN
LSU PG Tim Quarterman to work out for the Bulls and Hornets next. Has worked out with the Sixers, Lakers, Spurs, Bucks, Nets, Rockets, Mavs.

I haven't had much time lately but I've tracked down four names. Only one with an actual date, but we usually have 6 guys in each time.

Diamond Stone, C, Maryland (June 2)
Patricio Garino, SF, George Washington
Tim Quarterman, PG, LSU
Pascal Siakam, PF, New Mexico State

Stone could be in play at 22, the others look like targets should we acquire a 2nd roundLOL just kidding they're undrafted targets. Pfft, second round picks.

Cliff is going to fall in love with Stone. I don't know how I'd feel about taking him at 22. Seems like a reach for someone with so many red flags, but I sort of kinda am starting to trust our front office, so idk... If they took him there I might be optimistic. I still think we should make a big push to make a trade with Boston to move up to 16 and get either pick 31 or 35 from them. Id feel a lot better about taking Stone at 31/35, but he may not even be available there.

I'm not surprised we're working out Stone in a void, but I'll be surprised if we take him at 22. It'll be whatever if we do, but I'm not gonna love it.

Pascal is an interesting workout, I think he'll get picked but I guess he's probably us scouting UDFA. Maybe evidence we'll buy back in 2nd?

I think we probably need to leave the reigns to daniels and lamb and take a big man project.

We've got a few years to let him develop in the nbdl since we are stuck with hawes.

Everything about Stone is anti-Cho. He's overweight, gives poor effort at times, and has character concerns. If we draft him MJ definitely made the call.

I like Pascal, don't know anything about the other guys.

I dont know if thats true.

we have had several character/effort problem players the last few years.

PJ
Al
Lance
Taylor
Lamb

I think Cho's "C's" are pretty flexable. If not, he needs to tell MJ to shove it and stop screwing around.

PJ and Lance were all MJ. I don't agree that Taylor and Lamb were character/effort problem guys. I imagine Al was a group level effort, so you're probably right there.

Pascal likely doesn't make any sense because he isn't a C and can't stretch the floor. Won't fit our coaches philosophy.

We didn't work out Frank or Vonleh so I guess we should not read too much into the guys we have in for workouts.

I did expect to have a more extensive list of workouts this go around though.

ETA: ATL picks at 21, and so far they have either scheduled or had workouts for (in order based on current DE projections):

Brandon Ingram (wtf?)
Taurean Prince
DeAndre Bembry
Thon Maker
Diamond Stone
Gary Payton II
Joel Bolomboy
Pascal Siakam

Plus these guys, who DE projects to go undrafted:

Melo Trimble
Isaiah Cousins
Isaiah Taylor
Brannen Greene
Josh Hart
Perry Ellis
Isaiah Briscoe
Troy Williams
Caleb Swanigan
Nigel Hayes

Can we please draft this dude: Goodluck Okonoboh

He has a horrible FG%
Fouls more than he blocks shots
Doesn't seem to rebound overly well, but.........

that dude has no business in the draft

stats
3/3 on 38% shooting and 36% FT shooting in 15mins.

http://espn.go.com/mens-college-basketball/player/_/id/3137732/goodluck-okonoboh

and on the non workouts. we didn't workout vonleh because he wouldn't workout for us and im still pretty sure frank was a last minute MJ pick.
