Korkmaz all the way. His ceiling is something like Manu Ginobili without stamina/injury issues.

I'm not sure what his floor is, but his talent is both obvious and obviously translatable.

Honorable mentions to Sabonis and Ivica Zubac. And Beaz. A huge no to Diallo. Theoretical similarity to Randy Foye sours me on Murray.

I have to go with Korkmaz, because my wife will be more interested in the Celtics if they feature a Turk. Besides, we need a scorer good enough to get on the floor.

Most folks will, probably rightly, go with whoever they see as the best available and/or most promising big.

Went with Prince, 3 & D SF backup to Crowder, someone who can space the floor more in the second unit and actually hit shots.

Either Damian Jones or Zizic.

I love the idea of Denver playing Dunn and Mudiay at the same time hahaha

Crazy ideas for picks, although that happens in the real drafts too.

4 PHO Jamal Murray - They have two expensive combo-guards and also Booker at shooting guard, obviously they need someone the exact same.

7 DEN Kris Dunn - As was mentioned, after getting one lotto big point guard who can't shoot, they want another.

8 SAC Denzel Valentine - Jimmer, Stauskas, McLemore, the annual tradition of picking a shooting guard and failing him at the Kings.

9 TOR Marquese Chriss - A win-now team adds another project to the many projects who never play, Lowry along with Scola and J Johnson will be retired before Chriss, Caboclo and Noguiera are ready for big minutes.

10 MIL Deytona Davis - It would be like drafting John Henson for a bench role, when they already have that.

11 ORL Jakob Poeltl - While he is the best center in the draft, he is also the one that is nearly identical to Nikola Vucevic and they probably could not play on the floor together.

12 UTA Skal Labissiere - He doesn't seem like someone who would sign to stay in Utah if he ever became a good player.

I also don't like most of the poll options. No Stone or Zimmerman, no Croatian or Chinese centers, picking other is probably wasting the pick although that is better than the combined options. On my draftboard, Sabonis would be highest. For the Celtics, considering the first selection, I will go other with Zizic.

Of those on that list I would go with Damian Jones. The more I see in Draft workouts the more I think he will be a decent-to-good NBA player. I like Diallo too but he has a PF's game but the size of a small forward even with his huge wingspan. And he is pretty raw.

Sabonis.

A true big man, great motor, great rebounder, high IQ, good low post scorer, hard worker.

Damian Jones. True 7 footer than can contribute right away. Will add some rim protection and he can bang on the boards. Was hoping Skal dropped to 16 but Jones is a fine consolation prize

It will be surprise If Furkan Korkmaz is available on #16.

As a Turkish Celtics fan, Korkmaz's ceiling is to high, he is great athlete and can create his own shoot.
He has been selected Tournament 5 two times last year. (U19-World & U18 Europe) He has great potential and I'm sure that he wil be better than Hedo.
He needs strength absolutely now. He will stay in Europe 2 years more. He will come NBA with better shape.

By the way, I think Sabonis also wont be available on 16.
Sorry for my English.

Why is Zizic not an option? From the names listed I'd probably pick Korkmaz.

Damian Jones. Legit 7 footer with springs. potential through the roof.

We saw how effective having monstrous big men helped the Thunder vs OKC. Damian Jones can be an impact player at #16 one day.
He's not a sure thing but he's developing very, very quickly.

Based on comments I've edited to add Zizic.

The poll allows you to change your vote.

^^^I was hoping he'd be there for us at 23 in the actual draft, but sounds like he's moving up. So with Denzel V. gone, I'll take him at 16 in this poll.

the best part about him, are that all of his weaknesses can be improved easily with coaching and he takes well to coaching/stats/etc

If he agrees to stay in Europe a year or two, it's Korkmaz for me.
