I mean frail as in a total lightweight. How can a center weigh 228 and not get pushed around in the paint? Hell, Gordon weighs 8 pounds less and he's a forward. Most centers weigh around 260. You think Noel's twig thin frame could handle 30 more pounds to bang in the paint? I don't want to have to worry about that.
he played center 2 years ago the entire season. Spent a lot of time last year between PF and C. i think he could handle it, especially with the league going away from big, plodding centers right now. Horford and Gobert player at 245, Noah at 232, Gortat at 240. So if he really has to bang, he doesnt need to add 30 lbs. could add 15 and be fine.
