I don't know if he knew he made a mistake, but it was obvious he was lying through his teeth in trying to sell the reasoning to the media.

If I had to guess it wasn't much better and the outcome likely would have been cap space anyway. He needed to move on to free up time for other guys who have a higher ceiling in my view. I liked him for sure but the flexibility and player growth was key to the team.

At the end of the day the trade made sense for both sides really. We were hoping that Jennings would progress further from his injury year and it just didn't happen. Right idea but he was just too far behind. If he did step up and was great on our team we could retain him with bird rights. Ersan was a traditional 4 that filled a hole and gave us further cap flexibility due to his contract. It's one of those trades that just makes sense for both teams. Could we really have gotten something better? Maybe but the outcome would likely have been cap space but just a different variant. If we kept him we may have been able to trade him for something better this summer but we may not have been able to either...at the given expense of cap space and player development.

Adding to my last point - If Mark Cuban is saying that about a pic, I could see why Rob would have trouble extracting a future first out of anyone.

Which is why Henni isn't trading ours. Every year players that completely out produce their draft position pop up, we're going to take a shot at getting one unless a deal that can't be refused pops up.

July 4-10. I will keep you guys updated with streams, don't worry.

Here are two photos of Mario taken today as they had a Croatian NT meeting and tomorrow they start their campaign, training and stuff.

First one is with the journalists and as maybe you noticed, he's wearing Orlando FC hat 8-) . On the second, he's with Aleksandar Petrovic (late Drazen Petrovic's older brother) who's Croatian NT coach/selector.

It is expected that Mario will be starter and probably #2 option along Dario Saric, the future Sixer only behind Bogdanovic of the Brooklyn Nets, he's their alpha-dog.

That is cool that he wears a City hat, a number of the players have been out to games. Thanks for the info on Mario, I'm looking forward to seeing him have a great year. He's a good player, were gonna love him here I think.

Mario played for Croatia vs Canada few hours ago. It was Croatia's first friendly game and the rotations included many players that will be cut off in couple of days. Canada won the game.

Mario only took 5 shots. He had 9p 6r 3a 2stl in 23 minutes on the court. I watched the entire game and he was very well defensively against Corey Joseph and Tyler Ennis. He looks like a different player. His ball handling improved vastly. He is also bigger/stronger than the last time I've seen him playing for the Magic. Had couple of really nice layups, steals and assists.

Were there any camera crews around? Wondering if there's highlights from the game.

Did he get rid of his school boy side comb? I feel like that is holding back his tenacity to be a monster. :D

awesome news, thanks for the update. is there a schedule for their games? I'd love to find a stream when they were playing to watch our guy.

because he didn't blow out a candle on a cupcake for any of those dunks smh

I'm getting unreasonably frustrated with people that seem to think that our team is complete trash because we haven't had a superstar develop yet. Our oldest draftee is going into year 4. Lol my god.

Hezonja is NOT indicating that he's a bust.
