Well, simple question, who should we bring back next season?

Ours FAs:
- Brandon Jennings
- Ersan Ilyasova
- Jason Smith
- Andrew Nicholson
- Evan Fournier
- Dewayne Dedmon
- Devyn Marble

I'd bring back:
- Fournier (not for the max)
- Jason Smith (if it's for something like his current sallary)
- Jennings (if we find a way to trade CJ and we pay 3-5m/year)
- Dedmon (as a 3rd C, 1-2m/year)

I'd like to bring AN back, but probably he wouldn't get PT and he wants to showcase his talents.

Fournier and Nicholson. Wouldn't mind Dedmon. Would actually be kind of upset if anyone else was brought back.

Fournier is a must. It would be nice to see Uncle Drew back, I also like Jason Smith. Big no to Jennings, don't want this chucker on my team.

Not if we're going to target a few big free agents. His $8 mil could be better spent IMO.

Depends what we do in FA and draft, but I'd like to see Evan and Jason return at the right price.

i like marble. think he can be a cheap, good backup for a few years. kid always seems to find the ball on the defensive end. i know it's not likely but i'd hope we can find a way to keep him.

I want to keep Marble. Give him another season to see if he can find his outside shot. He does everything else pretty solidly. Dedmon because we literally have no one else with his skill set at the moment and it's the most important skill set for a big man to have. Fournier depending on the price and the role. Smith and Nicholson I could take or leave. I feel like I've seen enough Jason Smith long 2's to last me a lifetime already.

Also open to bringing back Jennings. He was coming off a big injury, but if he can ever get back to where he was pre-injury he'd be a steal on the contract we can probably sign him too. He'd be a good 7th or 8th man. Then again Vogel may know exactly how to use Watson so there may not be any minutes for Jennings. So doubtful he returns.

Ersan is too expensive to pick up the option. Devyn would be ok to bring back if it's cheap. And Nicholson? I'm a toss up. I'm kind of tired on waiting for him to get it together on the defensive end of the floor. Maybe Vogel could figure it out and he'd finally reach his potential, but right now he's just a defensive liability. Plus I have to think that he might want out himself to try a new team and the Magic may oblige him.

I think Vogel brings Smith back. He likes tough nosed players.

Hopefully they don't let Smith play like the most aggressive mid range shooter in the league if they bring him back.

If we can get Nicholson on a good deal, it would be nice to have an alternative attacking player. Very few teams have players that can score in the post, everyone wants shooters from the wings. Having a player that can eat someone for lunch down low forces teams to react. I want us to force teams to react to us, not the other way around.

Harkless, Harris and Frye were all given bigger roles on playoff teams and played well. I can definitely see the same thing happening with Drew.

To me, it's the biggest sign that we have a lot of talent on this team and we just aren't utilizing it properly.
