Well crap. I can't blame him for going there. Better team and better shot to get noticed by other teams. I bet he is a head coach in the next year or two. It would have been great to keep him here, but time to move on.

He was always cool-headed in those interviews. I think the players saw him as a clear calm voice compared to Skiles' fire breathing dragon

Still an assistant, will make a great head coach when the opportunity comes, but nice to see he's an assistant on a contender at least.

I wish he would have stayed too but I think it was harder once he got passed over for the head coaching position.
Adrian Griffin will get his shot one day and the assistants who usually get hired come from teams that go far in the playoffs so that was probably part of his thinking here.
