Actually, that's not true. Curry hasn't had it this series probably because he's hurt. But in other series and throughout the season, Curry has made sick late shot after sick late shot to carry his team. Where Curry is not on at least Kobe, Hakeem, MJ, LeBron's level is he's not the 2-way player they were.

That's an excuse. I talked about the final series. A great player will dominate the final series just like what Lebron did. Even if the Warriors win the campionship, i think Curry doesn't deserve the Final MVP.

They miss his moving screens. His moving screen ability is more important than his rim protecting ability :P

I don't either. I think LeBron does. I think LeBron is one of the all time greats, one of the best ever. But Curry has stepped up for his team a lot. That's my only point.

Don't have much sympathy for Curry, he made some really stupid decisions. Regularly went for steals in the second half when he was already in foul trouble, some terrible passing, just really made same major mental mistakes. GSW's offense was garbage.

I don't get the outrage from the Warriors fans. The foul where he stripped Curry at the top of the key in the 4th was a bit iffy, but he pretty much forced the refs to blow the whistle on the one after that.

the only reason he was unanimous is because the media loves him and they get to vote for awards. too many of the voters vote with their heart or just pick a "name" rather than do research and really try to find out who was the most "valuable" player is or whatever the award is. this is why i dont think the media should vote for awards, or at least have a smaller say.

I think he is the most talented player all-time, if he just had better intangibles he would be GOAT.

I'm not really convinced he isn't the GOAT. I think there are four guys that deserve to be in the GOAT conversation and I don't actually feel very strongly about any particular one being the clear number one. The four guys I consider are Lebron, MJ, Wilt, and Kareem. If you put a gun to my head and forced me to pick one it would probably be Wilt, which is a very controversial opinion, but oh well. I tend to put less stock into things like Legacy and total number of rings. I view it like I'm pretending that I am the GM of a basketball team with the 1st pick in a draft of every player in NBA history and think who I would take with that pick. From there I will factor in the legacy stuff and rings a bit.

maaan, have people started to hate the Warriors. I honestly don't know where folks muster the energy to have such negative feelings in them for this particular team. is it all due to Draymond's personality?

I guess it's impossible for it not to happen in the 21st century where we just have an excess of coverage, both from professional media and amateurs. people will just get tired of winners.

is there anyone else on this board whose emotions are just "they went 73-9, are a damn brilliant basketball team, I enjoy watching them and I don't mind if they continue winning"? that's pretty much how I feel. (obviously, I can't root for LeBron though. him and Wade are probably the only players remaining in the league who I just can't feel for)

side-note - where will Draymond's suspension land in the most costly one-man errors in the Finals ever, if the Cavs win Game 7?

are any of the following mistakes worse? Nick Anderson's free throws, John Starks going 2-18, Rasheed leaving Horry in Game 5.

Me too.

I find it hard to believe guys have these things to say about Steph and Co., forgetting the entitlement and petulance exhibited by LeBron and his minions over the past decade or so.

I had enough the Warriors lovefest and Green's antics. They are not better than the Jordan's Bulls and Curry is not as good as Jordan to be a GOAT, even the whinny flopper Lebron is still better than Curry.

One question, if you were building a team in today's NBA and could choose a player as your cornerstone, which one will you choose, Curry or Lebron?

The NBA is a business first & foremost. I'm not a conspiracy theorist, but I understand the notion of the NBA narrating the referees to officiate this Finals' series to a Game 7. I just hope the referees don't interfere Game 7 with questionable and/or phantom calls lopsided to either team's favor. As a basketball fan, this last game for the marbles should be about as intriguing as it gets and I want it to be won/loss by the players on the court

I'm still disappointed in the fact that the momentum of the series was shifted due to a suspension of Draymond Green that I disagreed with due to him being provoked by LeBron James' actions, but it is what it is at this point

Curry does not have a psyche that seems to get broken. He might lose but he won't break

warriors are like a finely tuned instrument though. when they get whacked out of their usual precision, they look horrible. But they usually manage to reset and find their way to a solution, because their IQ and skill set is so high

this time, with Bogut gone, and Iggy's back spasms, and whatever's still up with Steph's knee. it's going to be a steep hill

but Barbosa's shooting was a bright spot, and the bench should be even better at home

they still have the mental edge over the Cavs IMO. Scott Foster won't be refereeing.

The Cavs had a 21 point lead by early 1st Q, but warriors pulled to within 7, 8 or 9 numerous times in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th quarters last night. They're not right but they are not broken

They have lost 2 straight a number of times in last year's, and this year's playoffs, but never 3 straight. This will be the hardest test yet

How about GSW's entitlement? This is the first rough stretch theyve had in the playoffs and theyve been throwing hissy fits
