My favorite Spencer Dinwiddie moment.....

Post#1 » by RexRyan » Fri Jun 17, 2016 5:04 pm

....was when the Pistons drafted him. As you all know, a team drafts a player and then ESPN shows highlights of that player. Usually it's a great play or a dunk to get the fans excited.

Dinwiddie's highlight was dribbling down the court, crumpling up in a ball, and grabbing his knee.

I didn't have a lot of faith in SVG at that moment.

We'll miss you, Spence! Well, not really...... :D

I liked Spencer a lot going into the draft, it's a shame that he hasn't been able to find his 3 ball, and that he never seemed to fully recover from that knee injury. Oh well.

The difference between SD and MCW is FG%

SD could be so good if he could shoot the ball, which still dumb founds me how he can't. I really think he jsut needs to be force fed minutes to get into a rhythm .

He looked so comfortable in these highlights, but I don't remember him ever looking comfortable outside of that.
He needs to be more confident in his game and also find his shot. He has the tools to be a good player.

I don't understand how he couldn't outplay Blake.. Seems to me he was kind of a goofball. Every game I went to I'd notice he'd be messing around and laughing in warmups while everyone else was focusing. Maybe his immaturity had something to do with his regression or lack of trust

Yeah that game he looked so composed...like exactly what his scouting report may have once said.

He got that decent pull up jumper from mid and drive and kicks. He really did look like Shaun Livingston minus the post fadeaways.
