Even though i like Zhou and Maker, Murray is totally BPA and should have been drafted much much higher.

I did mean height and length.

Yes, and many mocks do have him going in the 10-20 range.

IMO you are giving to much importance to our needs. We have trades and FA like other options to get a good PF on our team, it has always been a big mistake to draft for need/fit and not for talent/upside.

Well I voted for both of those players that we took, so I like them. I am not saying draft for need over BPA with that post as I think Ellenson will probably be a better player than Luwawu and is pretty much higher on every board and mock anyway, so in hindsight I didn't vote for the BPA because I was too concerned with big unathletic white guy. This was before he came in and ran the court length 25 times in three minutes I believe, so my opinion has changed on him a bit.

I don't think there are really any free agent PFs that will be big difference makers that we will be able to sign. Trade for? Maybe.

Yeah, Ellenson is a good prospect too...but I would prefer Luwawu over him. Terrific defender, agresive and jumps out of the gym.

About signing a PF... Marvin Williams, for example.
And we can trade for someone like Thad Young too. Brandon Knight for Young can be fair for both teams.

Just two ideas of possible options at PF.
