Reggie is a nice player. A borderline all star. But unless he massively improves his shooting and defense I can't see him as the starting PG and primary ball handler on a Finals team.

The only way I see this current team as a Finals team is if we added Draymond at the 4 and Curry as PG. The Cavs and Thunder have 2 dominant perimeter players. The Warriors have borderline 3 (at least 3 guys capable of combining for 2 guys being on and very tough to stop). We have zero. That's the biggest impediment (along with our best player currently being unplayable in the 4th quarter).

I would rather see what this Core can do instead of making major changes a couple times per year. Let them learn, develop and push each other.

We haven't even come close to peaking with this roster and people wanna rip it apart!

Our top 6 is young as ****!

How many other teams have their top 6 on lockdown for the next 3 years?

Baynes should be on the table, with Meeks, Bullock, Hilliard & #18

Burn them all for a guy locked up for 3 years, sign another dude and BOOM!

Top 8 locked in for the next 3 years...surround them with SVG Shooters and that's the roster.

Ain't a man alive that can convince me the next 3 years ain't gonna be great!

The Warriors' superstar disappeared, and for Cleveland another one emerged...I can't speak enough about how well Kyrie played. 27ppg and the series winning shot.

So yeah...I'll just settle for a team that is good enough to at least compete and potentially make it to the ECF. I don't have any aspirations of making the finals or winning a championship as long as LeBron remains in the East & in his prime.

I'm not sure it's that simple. Let's not overlook the fact that the last game the Warriors won, to go up 3-1, was the last game they had their starting 5.

And yes, Kyrie was great. I would have had no problem with him getting fmvp.

If you keep committing robberies you are going to get caught one day. I am not expecting anything close to what was accomplished in the Morris, Jackson, or Harris trades.

Injury prone Bledsoe lets go do that right now....

I'll trust our medical and physical staff with Bledsoe and take that risk. We need a star-type player to play with Drummond.

Or maybe, we can get Harden????????

Injury prone with that contract? I would rather have Knight back

We aren't. We need upgrades and improvements in every single position.

They are only considered "robberies" because our coach is that good. If Dumars ever did any of that post prime Pistons, it would've failed like the Josh Smith acquisition. But his trades worked initially because our coaches were great. We have a great coach right now and every player we've gotten has been better than he seemed. Our coach knows what he's doing and he knows how to get the best out of a player so almost every player will seem like a robbery when in reality it's our coach that's the robbery. He's crucial to our success more than Bower is because without SVG, Bower's moves wouldn't look as good.

This is true but they're also all very young so you can't get rid of anyone. I mean how else did the Warriors become so good? Same with Thunder. Internal development is more important than gathering stars together because you need one to begin with and we don't have one. Drummond had to improve to become an All-Star. The rest of the players can do it too and this is the beauty of professional sports. If you want a quick turnover, then you need to watch college sports or be a superstar bandwagon fan for whenever they leave a team for another.

We're one trade away from making a trade for Rasheed Wallace to win the championship. :)

"We need upgrades at every single position."

So does every team that doesn't have the best player at every position and didn't win the championship. Here's the rub--you can't expect to improve EVERY position.
