New uniforms next season?

Went to the Orlando Magic team shop at the Amway Center.

Employee there informed me we are getting new uniforms (went as far as to name the colors - white, black, and blue) for next season still under Adidas. I don't know if Adidas is trying to make one last push to sell uniforms before Nike takes over or what, but he said new uniforms with no pinstripes.

Went on to say the design was "like Golden State". One big logo (I'm assuming similar to that alternate we had) with no wording, but numbers only. "One big shooting star logo", probably the one we currently have. Also said that black was the new primary road color and that blue was now the new alternate road uniform color. Perhaps similar to:



I don't know how I feel about this. I'm just passing along news. Thoughts?

I'm going to guess they are sleeved jerseys similar to the ones Cleveland wore last night (and a couple other times this postseason). They have a big alternate logo on the chest.

I'm not a fan of sleeved jerseys, but I'll admit the ones Cleveland wore are actually decent. They don't look so much like soccer kits. I'd take something like that replacing the current sleeved pajama-looking unis we have right now.

I'm going to guess they are sleeved jerseys similar to the ones Cleveland wore last night (and a couple other times this postseason). They have a big alternate logo on the chest.

Yeah, good point, they do look a lot like Cleveland's uniforms from last night.

I dont' remember him saying anything about sleeves though. I'm pretty sure I would have remembered. I'm honestly just going by what I heard. Just passing along information. I don't how I feel about this description.

That would be cool if we got new jerseys in back to back years from Adidas and Nike. It's like having divorced parents around Christmas time. Double-dipping FTW.

Im not a fan of the sleeve either but the ones Cleveland wore the past couple finals road games are hot ****, maybe it's just such a big improvement over their normal McDonalds unis but those black ones are fire, a Magic version would be cool

Adidas is making this way harder than it needs to be. Just go back to the old 90's ones. Everyone will be happy.

I really like our current jerseys tbh but I guess I would be ok with getting new ones. It seems about that time anyway.

I hope it's true. I always disliked the current jersey, and anything would be better than it.

Also, practically everyone would love the original pinstripes back, especially with switching onto the original black pinstripes as the primary road jersey and the original blue pinstripes for some games here and there. I wouldn't even care if it took a few years of litigating & negotiating against the NBA to get them back.
