Jamal Murray will be a great addition to the Timberwolves. He wants to be there, he has star power ( game and personality) and will fit in perfectly with the young core. ( Towns, Wiggins, Murray) just goes well!

Very much couldn't agree more.

#3= Dunn (being actually Celtics or drafted for trade)
#4= Chriss (or outside chance still Bender in consideration)
#5= Murray

Many have said Murray is not a PG...a whole thread debate for sure. Place him next to LaVine and they would have an amazing primary-secondary 2 guard set. And Wiggins in his attempt to be a superstar needs to handle the ball more...an area he needs big improvement but one he needs to make.

Then comes the Rubio debate. If Murray-LaVine is the future backcourt, what to do with Rubio. He could (or should) be traded for PF of fit next to Towns. Bigger question might be when. Give the trio a try (Rubio-Murray-LaVine) or make a trade prior to season to cement the roster?

We know the Rubio can make this a 30+ win team. Let Lavine and Wiggins get better in experience and defense, get an bench upgrade by the 26M cap on free agency and lets see what Murray has coming from the bench against weaker competition. When he brings what Rubio brings every night, which is competitiveness and efficiency, we can start to talk about trade Ricky, but not earlier.

Murray played zero PG last season for Kentucky. I think it would be ridiculous to go into the season expecting him to be the starting PG.

It would be nuts to think he can be a starting PG any time soon. If you draft Murray, it's as LaVine's backup and some spot minutes running the point on the 2nd team. Maybe he would grow into the role in 3 years, but I think it's more likely he's an instant offense type guy to start with.

Uh, what? Since when is a hardworking, good kid that donates a ton of time and money to local charities a headcase? The guy lives in the gym and has only said nice things. What the hell are you talking about?

Someone who steps out of bounds three times with the basketball in 2 games, can garner a free throw lane violation while guarding the backcourt, besides that stupid clueless look and loafing around when the ball isnt in his hands, stands watching as Klay Thompson chases down a free throw miss on the baseline ,,,- is a headcase.

Here have a Snickers, you sound stupid when you're angry. This is the most random case of hate for a player I've ever seen.

Nah, man. Note30 is right. You sound stupid and I don't think you know what a "headcase" is.

It really does take a special imbecile to go from what I said to hate and anger. You did that deliberately, because you have to make a special jump to help your pal. Your a freaking idiot. The Twolf board here is a bunch of buddies (3-5) who must bash others they don't like, and you don't have a reason too, so you manufactured one. And now your a public ass.

I don't necessarily want to get into a whole thread debate here, but Rubio-Murray would make an excellent back court as well, even better than Murray-Lavine since the other guys on the court would probably never see the ball with those two shooting 15-20 times per game.

All right wormguts this is my last post on the matter then, but did you see that? did you see that? that big 3 guy chimes in and slaps the other one on the back, in order to validate lunacy. I mean Note30 is not RIGHT as he says. I'm guessing they plan it. I am just complaining to you because it happens FREQUENTLY HERE, its why the place cannot grow. ok then, this is my last post on the matter.

Gotta think if Dunn goes 3, there's no possible way the Suns would draft a backcourt player unless they trade the pick.

With that logic im sure gsw and Portland sucks too. Murray and Lavine won't take that many shots, they will just make everybody around them better by blowing the court wide open
