The huge amount of parody in this draft is clearly scaring off GMs. Someone is going to come away with an all-star nobody saw coming. It has a high chance of being like the 2011 draft where the eventual stars of the class were all over the board.
Korkmaz could be the best shooter/scorer and be taken at the end of the lottery or later. Maker could be a superstar and be a second round pick. lol.

It's anarchy and I'm kind of loving it.

He's my candidate to be the player that goes much higher than anyone expected. He reminds me a bit of Ryan Anderson.

It just seems unlikely that the draft would turn out exactly as expected. Some team is going to be turned off by a guys bust potential like Chriss and Brown, or by Dunn's lack of shooting, or Hield's age, Bender's lack of explosiveness. All it takes is one GM to mess up. If nobody does, I'd take Skal, but I understand the position of those who prefer the guys thought to be safer picks.
I'm also fine with trading 9th and 27th to Phoenix for 15 and 19.
Take two of Korkmaz, Sabonis, Jackson, Luwawu, Maker, Prince and celebrate like we just won the ship.

Why would you default to a soft perimeter big with no body of work? What scares me most about Skal is those that say he wasn't used correctly. So Calipari clearly didn't know what he was doing? By the numbers Poetl should be our pick barring a significant trade. Sabonis perhaps second option.

Maker might be a good script for an independent film. Do not think he will do anything in the NBA.

Parity. Parody would be Skal trying to resemble Abdul Jabar.

You already know the answer since we've argued this to death in this thread. lol. Skal has better defensive potential with his shot blocking ability and was known as a shooter in high school. He is a perfect fit(theoretically) beside JV.
Poetl is a safe pick who will stay in the league and isn't a long term fit at all beside JV. I won't cry if we take him, but I want us to build around JV at this point. He showed me enough in the playoffs.

I'm not feeling the trade down scenario.

Lets say I had 2 penises, one was a 10 inches and the other was 4 inches, would I trade it for a 7 inch and a 5 incher?
I think I would keep the 10 incher myself.

Going on metrics alone it would be hard to make that kind of executive call and you may need to outsource a more objective decision.

Had to sig this lol

But I think this drat is more realistic to say you have a choice of 2 penises, one is 8 inches, and the other is 6 inches, would you trade it in for two 7 inchers? I'd say yes.

BREAKING: We are keeping the #9 draft pick. In bizarro Doug Smith world he says Masai is going to trade the pick tomorrow. We all know that the opposite always happens with a Doug Smith prediction. It has been accurate 100% of the time for the past 3 years. You can take it to the bank that we will be keeping this pick.
