The whole league can suck it as far as I'm concerned with how much they thought the Pistons would miss Moose. Monroe just has no place in today's league. He will never be a key piece as you are always hiding him on defense.

Well I suggested Anthony Davis is the only player he can play with but ultimately when it comes to key moments in the game, he needs to defend which will probably bite the team and realize he's useless on that end. The only way is if something can light a fire under him and that'll be any form of contention. At the same time, if I see the same play from Jackson next season on the defensive end, I might jump the wagon and want him to get traded. There are too many capable PGs out there that can make Drummond better and defend at the same time. We'll wait and see.

I think Monroe would fit well in San Antonio with Aldridge and Popovich's offense. Assuming Popovich doesn't retire and Duncan is back for cheap I could see this being a good fit. Duncan could take the spot as 6th man and mentor for Monroe and bring out his best. I can't see them giving up much for him, but that would be exactly why I could see him ending up there.

They're parading Monroe around while he's sporting a boner?

Sorry, that was too easy to pass up. So is Monroe.

majority of the Bucks forum fan posts when they first signed him

alot of these:
Holy ****

Is this really happening?

Times are a changing

times changing alright...changing out of the playoffs

Great signing! I'm so delighted.

Great move. This team is going to be so exciting

Holy **** guys! We got a big name, quality young big man free agent to add to our core. He isn't perfect but there's a lot to work with and he fits very nicely on this team.

Fear the **** deer, could easily be a top 4 seed this year, congrats Hammond, Kidd and Co.

this is my favorite:
SO happy. Man Hammond has been really f'ing the Pistons recently

This is awesome, HUGE signing.

Wow. Like, love, or hate the move itself, we just **** all over the Knicks.

As I said in the other thread, this could be a great move and gives us the most interesting core of players under 25 in the league. If everyone buys into the team concept we saw last year, we are better with this move. It makes our starting 5 stronger and our bench stronger.

Biggest free agent signing I've seen here. This is no Bobby Simmons, this guy will make a positive impact.

Two years ago we couldn't get Kyle Korver or Chase Budinger to sign here.

This year competing against NY and LA? Monroe.

Yeah, this is a different organization. LED know what they are doing here.

This is a great signing for the Bucks. It really shows that other players are taking note that the Bucks are legit contenders in the East.
