How much weight can Thon realistically put on that frame?

I'm a tad concerned that he has the same waist size as my niece's Barbie.

My only solace is if Maker actually hits, he could be a great player whereas I never felt Potsie had a chance of anything.

But yeah, I'm depressed.

Who did you want PP?

Sabonis. Felt he was a safe ten year vet.

sabonis was the no brainer for us imo

Isn't an indication of his age the moment he stopped growing?
Was he so big last year? If yes, it sucks.

His strength is that pedigree. David Locke asked Chad Ford about it the other night. Chad said issue most teams had was that Thon never measurably improved in any skills the last three years.

I wrote something on him 2 years ago almost to the day when (at the time) he was projected #1 in 2017 draft and Simmons #2 in 2016. Not a lot of guys at his size and athletic ability can do what he can do, I actually really like the pick. Now we've got to develop him.

That's pure rationalization. We know personnel decisions have been meddled with frequently in the past during Hammond's stint here, we know Kidd parted ways with Brooklyn because he didn't have enough personnel influence there, and the Schwartz connection is way too obvious too ignore at this point. I have plenty of an idea. I don't know, but have enough info to believe it as a probability, and that's all you should need to be of an opinion.

I'd buy that proof if it wasn't just a cropped picture. Show the whole page or show proof that it is indeed the high school class they are claiming it is. Just a random picture with a claim isn't proof of anything.

I don't get how him being a school photo is proof of something?

Everyone around him is now 22-23 years old. Susan Chuot is an AFL player born in 1992

Show the rest of the page or the surrounding pages so we know what exactly we are looking at. I mean, if that is legitimately a picture of the graduating class then it would be absurdly easy to prove he's much older than he's claiming to be. That picture is only proof he was in school somewhere at some point at some age.

Not sure where you are going with this.

Put down the liquor.

Seriously. The hyperbole is in mid-season form around here.
