I think its very apparent from this pick that motor and work ethic were huge factors, and Skal and Davis seem to have flopped on those.

24) Philadelphia: Timothé Luwawu, SG (France)

25) LA Clippers: Brice Johnson, F (North Carolina)

26) Philadelphia: Furkan Korkmaz, F (Turkey)

I wonder if we had all 3 of these guys ranked higher, Brice I'd think for sure.

fk BC man, i wanted one of the two.

Damn is DWade getting into web development?

I find it hard to believe DWade even knows what Pascal is. Surprising.

Is Pascal a race?

Says other teams have asked him about the draft and stash concept. I'm guessing MU was one of them.

No surprise Masai drafted him... Basketball Without Borders, and a great attitude to boot.... Like him and rooting for him a lot now

You know, Basketball Without Borders is a fantastic program, and Doctors Without Borders is one of the world's greatest humanitarian efforts.... but The 1992 Blue Jays Without Borders would have been a really bad turn of events

Let's stop this conversation please. Oh man it's just hurting my eyes reading it.

I'm done. But I would just like to add that race (when applied to humans) is a social construct created by man and popularized by Americans to justify slavery!

I agree

I don't know if Masai addressed this but, I think they really struggled to come to a consensus with the 27. They went quite a bit over their allotted time.

I would assume they weren't expecting Skal or Davis to still be there so they had to deliberate it.

IBM Watson stepped up as Assistant GM...

Made an executive decision and decided it was still Paskal or PassOnSkal; might have been a typo.

IBM Watson is our super computer analytics system.

He is basically Masai's version of the Wilson ball from Cast Away.

Better get Biz back or this feels so dirty like replacing your old dog that just got run over with a new dog for the kids but it has a spot on the wrong eye.

Big time wing-span, high motor, defensive mind-set and huge freaking hands. Can't wait to watch him in Summer League to better gauge where his development is at .
Everybody is losing their freaking minds. Nutbars and wingnuts have infested this forum. We've become a public lavatory without cleaning staff.

NBA teams and scouts know more than us armchair GMs. If you want to criticize the pick, at least wait and see how they perform over time in this league.

His shoulders, arms and hands look just like Iguodala's.

You don't honest think that's a literal wiretap on Masai's phone, do you?

Umm the realgm wiretap?? Of course its not literal but its interesting how off that report was that if we wanted Skal at 9 we wouldn't take him 18 places later.
