If the Bulls do, you would be complaining to much to ever hear it.

NBA fan logic we need to trade one of two best players because (Player X) one needs to shine more.

Realistically he could make himself a lot more marketable in Miami then any other team. Assuming Bosh retires he will be taking on a bigger role on offense, not to mention the Heat have Wade still and Winslow who will surely develop into a way better player next season and be starting, plus they got Dragic.

The lakers for obvious reasons. If not then to the Heat.

I'd like to get him for the Warriors, but excluding my team, I think he would fit well in Portland.

We wanted him when no one else did. We'll have the benefit of the doubt.

If not us though Portland seems like a great fit.

Next to Dirk if the Mavs somehow land Conley. Add Anderson and Matthews in the starting 5 and that team even looks solid on defense.

Well to be fair, the Heat passed up on Whiteside with the 32nd pick in the 2010 NBA Draft and chose Dexter Pittman instead.

He won't be a Spur, Knick, Sun or Warrior.

I'm considering Heat, Blazers, Mavs, Lakers, and Celtics. I also think.....well, I think Kevin Durant and Hassan Whiteside should go to the Pelicans and create the Trio of Doom.

Don't know if that's possible. Of the options on this list, I'd like to see him not go to the Lakers, since I'm a Suns fan.

I'd like to see him go to the Blazers, I guess. I think he's a beast, his rebounding rates are at all time great levels, his block rate is insane, his FG% is a valuable source of offense, and his foul rate gets cancelled out somewhat by his block rate.

The Blazers are young. The other teams aren't. If I had to guess, I'd say that is the deciding factor.

I don't know if he'll help them win games. How much will he score? How many times will he foul out? I question his maturity, and I question his role, but he'll probably pick the Blazers and help them win a bunch more games. The question is, can he get them to a ring? Of that, I'm not convinced.

The scariest possibility is if Horford and Whiteside end up as Blazers, as they'll have maybe $50M in cap space this summer. That might be unstoppable and frightening, and the only team that would be able to keep up in an arms race would be Golden State.

Yeah and for good reason. Shane Battier told a story about Hassan from 2013. He came to their training camp and after some wind sprints he was lying on the floor like he was dying.

He wasn't ready then, it took a couple of wake up calls and a trip around the world for him to figure things out.

Regardless I saw every game of Hassan's 'revenge tour' the good and the bad. I hope to keep him here for a long time.

We'll see...
