I would be very happy with those numbers but not sure that gets him an all star slot above CP3 and Westy.

Curry, Westbrook, Paul, Harden, Lillard.... then you got Klay, McCollum, possibly Conley.... If West personnel doesnt change, the all star guard group will be hard to crack.

How does that make you better than the Lin, Gallo, and Wil fans who root for them over NY?

i think best would be to give two assumptions. one that we sign a vet like parsons and bring ingram off the bench, and 2) that we arent able to sign anyone and ingram starts...

ingram comes off bench: 23 mpg, 8ppg, 2.5 rpg, 43% fg, 37% 3pt
ingram starts: 30 mpg, 11 ppg, 3.5 rpg, 41% fg, 36% 3 PT

I was coming in here to post a similar stat line as you have for him as a starter. I hope he proves me wrong.

I dno man, I'd be pretty happy with those stats. You have to remember that he's a full year younger than other one and dones. Add that to the fact that he's only 190lbs, it's tough to expect too much from him his first year. also the stats I posted aren't too far off from dangelo, who imo, was a similar skill level coming into the league.

Prince + filler for Kobe Bryant
To be honest the way Prince has played and with Kobes injury/age/mileage Im not sure I would do that deal either. Still Prince is more important and he wins the head to head battles with Kobe.

Thats why my expectations aren't too high for him in his first year. I also expect Randle and Russell to have much bigger roles in Luke's offense which will take away from Ingram.

no way this guy puts up 15-18ppg right off the bat.

13/3/2 is about as high as it could get in year 1.

Hard to say with the roster being what it is, but I'll guess 14-16 PPG, 4-5 RPG, 2 APG, 1 BPG. 37% from 3 PT.

You guys think he'll have more FGA's than any of Russell, Clarkson or Randle?

Nope!! Especially with D'Lo trying to prove his worth this year after Byron Scott muffled his growth last year! Then along with Clarkson trying to show everyone that he deserves to be 'the man' on this young team. Ingram will have to get his shots the hard way...garbage points off rebounds and fastbreaks. I mean, I am cool with that. I will take the points anyway we can get em. But Deangelo has something to prove this year so he will not be relinquishing his shot total numbers to the rookie.

Yeah I was thinking Ingram will be 4th in FGA's and hopefully 2nd on the team his sophomore year. Actually if Lou Williams is on the team he could be 5th. That would make 15 ppg pretty tough to achieve. I'll put him down for 11.5/4/2 on 44% shooting. 0.7 steals and 0.7 blocks. I hope the numbers are higher though
