I have thought about going and asking about him, but it might seem a bit creepy a 34 year old guy walking into a highschool and starting asking weird questions about a schoolkid from Sudan.

L:Like I said: usually yearbooks are public (in their library) and they tend to have folders with newspaper clippings about their school from both national and local newspapers. I think those should be easily accessible.

Dude, he's 19 according to his passport. People still don't seem to understand this, you don't go by biological age when you try to determine if anyone has commited a crime, you go by the age on your papers.

Dude, he's 19 according to his passport. People still don't seem to understand this, you don't go by biological age when you try to determine if anyone has commited a crime, you go by the age on your papers.

Dude, it's looking pretty clear his age is fraudulent. There are lots of cases where a person's age is found to be fraudulent on his passport and their are major ramifications. (Jonathan Nicola). Courts absolutely go by bilogical date if their is suspicion around documents.

Just because I show up in court with a passport saying something doesn't mean it's true. Imagine how many people could get away with a crime if they just managed to falsify a passport. 'He can't have worked in a Nazi deathcamp, his passport says he's from Peru'

I really talking about if (when) he gets formerly investigated. If it gets established he lied we could see all kinds of issues crop up.
