Kings would like to offer Koufos to the Hornets for a Courtney Lee sign and trade offer Lee 125% of Koufos deal to match salaries and give him the Max raises over four years. Would like to complete this trade at the end of free agency period.

You've got quite a job here. You must have to take serious notes or track it all in a spreadsheet.

Yeah I'll pretty much go post-by-post in the thread with notes on each post (that are updated on a saved document) and then post my around the league update accordingly.
Disclaimer: Trades I post shouldn't make you stressed or angry if you disagree. If you say it's unproductive because it won't happen and we're only allowed to post deals that actually happen, it takes away 99% of trades here and the fun out of the board.

Up for trade are McGary, Huestis, Kanter. (Edit, also Ilyasova)

I'm picking up Morrow's option and letting Waiters test RFA.

I'd offer Philly a sign and trade of Waiters for Hollis Thompson at whatever price they'd get Dion for.

I'd offer Phoenix Chandler and Tucker for Kanter.

Renouncing Foye's rights should take the salary cap space to approximately 8 mil over the cap.

I'd also offer the MLE to Darrell Arthur or Trevor Booker if either are available.

Finally I'd inquire with Charlotte if they'd have interest in a sign and trade for Marv.

At this point I have to keep Ersan as it won't clear cap space unless Kanter is gone.

Edit:

Oh and duh, I offer KD a max contract, his choice of the full 5 year or 1 + 1.

Edit: Adding my pitch, though don't know if its needed.

Kevin, we've been home for you for 9 years and greatly appreciate all you've given the city and state of Oklahoma. We feel like we've built a great young team around you and with your best friend in Russ at your side, this team is on the brink of a great future. We just brought in a fantastic young SG who you've been friends with for years and have a great group of hard workers in the locker room who were one of, if not the youngest ever conference finalists. Kevin, the decision is yours, but know OKC will always appreciate all you've given and we'd really hope to have you stay here for life.

Also wanted to add Kanter is available for cap space if anyone wants, and Singler is available too.

I'm offering up an offer to Chicago for Taj Gibson of Huestis/McGary/Ersan if they're going rebuild.

I'd also offer the MLE for Luol Deng.

Finally, I try to extend RFA offers to Adams at 4/68 and Roberson at 4/32.[/quote]
Quoting to add, if it wasn't assumed by the offers, I'm extending QOs to all restricted free agents.

Would you have interest in a McLemore for Trey Burke swap?

The Miami Heat will be having a team dinner at Prime 112 with Pat Riley, Spo, Alonzo Mourning, Chris Bosh, Justice Winslow, Goran Dragic, Dewayne Wade, Luol Deng, and Tyler Johnson. Hassan Whiteside will be invited but we will let him know in advance that we are not prepared to make him a full max offer.

At this dinner we will express the desire to retain our free agents, but also to let the offseason play out for a day before we make formal offers.

We have been lucky enough to have two consummate leaders for our franchise for the better part of two decades in Coach Poppovich and Tim Duncan. He told me himself that he believes you would fit perfectly here, and that he will be contacting you to give you firsthand knowledge of the type of organization you'd be joining.

We believe that you are the type of humble, hard-working superstar that will represent our community perfectly, and fit right in with Coach Pop and our deep, talented roster.

On the court, I'm sure i don't have to tell you what kind of havoc a lineup consisting of yourself, Kawhi Leonard, and LaMarcus Aldridge would wreak upon the league. The roster sports champions, All Stars, and future Hall of Famers, with all of them buying into the goals and culture that Coach Pop instills. There is nobody here, no matter how decorated, that will grumble over a lack of shots..or that will resent the national recognition of a teammate. They are simply here to win.

We will of course be offering a maximum, 4 year contract for you to join our family. We will have to maneuver a few pieces to create the necessary cap space..but with your commitment to sign, this is something we can address quickly and effectively. I thank you for your time and consideration."

Durant wonders how you would create the cap space for his $26.6 Million MAX and wants to see what would be remaining on the roster as a result.

"Danny Green, whose minutes you would be taking, would be moved. We would renounce the rights to Manu Ginobili, and waive Boris Diaw. Both players have history here and have expressed interest in returning on a different, smaller contract to accommodate your presence. We've already renounced rights to Miller, Bonner, Martin..and will also do so with David West.

This leaves Kawhi Leonard, Aldridge, and Tony Parker as returning starters. Patty Mills, Kyle Anderson, and Jonathan Simmons will still be here, while Dejounte Murray will be joining, with the hopes of bring back Boban Marjanovic (who is restricted and therefore likely to return), Diaw, and Ginobili. We feel this will be a great mix of stars in their prime, talented and experienced veterans for title runs, and versatile youth that will help fill roles around you, Kawhi, and LaMarcus for years to come. Of course at that point we'd be an even more attractive FA destination for players looking to win. We've already reached out to rugged veteran Zaza Pachulia, and former All Star Joe Johnson."

Wizards renounce Nene.

Wizards waive Drew Gooden

Wizards would like to start talks with Brad Beal for a Max contract, 5 years, but we want to be a bit creative with raises, lowering by 7.5% to maximize our space for 2017 FA class, then 7.5% up every year after, so it's $111.24m over 5 years ($21.6m x 5.15).We see Bradley as a key player going forward, and are willing to put 15% trade kicker on that contract to confirm our commitment.

Wizards ask Jared Dudley, what amount of money on 1-year contract would be equal to $18m over 3 years, he was just offered by Nets?

Wizards ask Ramon Sessions what amount of money on 1-year contract is he looking for? Wizards see Ramon as a key bench player, who can see a reasonable amount of time next to Wall.

Wizards ask Garrett Temple what amount of money on 1-year contract is he looking for? Wizards see Garrett as a valuable bench player.

Wizards ask Alan Anderson what amount of money on 1-year contract is he looking for? Wizards see Alan as a valuable bench player.

Wizards are looking to gauge league-wide trade interest in our starting center Marcin Gortat. While he's 32 y.o. already, he's "younger" in terms of minutes played, so it's reasonable to expect a couple more solid years from him. Gortat is signed for 3 more years at $12m, $12.8m and $13.6, which is quite good for a starting center in new financial reality.

Wizards are surprised, that Pelicans are content with their bad collection of centers and propose Gortat for Ajinca exchange. Marcin would be a starting center for a couple of years, until Unibrow ready to move there full-time, and become an expring contract, when cap no longer jumps, so expirings get back to being valuable.

Wizards would like to know, what kind of contract Bismack Biyombo is looking for? We feel, that 1+1 MLE from Raptors is kind of insulting, and doesn't show commitment as without capspace Raptors would still be able to offer only 175% of MLE next summer as a starting salary. We are looking to lock BB up on a multiple year contract, making him team's starting center for years to come.

Wizards would like to know, what kind of contract Darrell Arthur is looking for? We hope, Arthur's agent understand, that, he's not a top priority and exercises a bit of patience. Wizards look at Arthur as a valuable bench player.

Jared Dudley will just take the highest long-term money offer he gets.

Dudley played in Boston at BC and has been highly positive about his experiences there, and about the current Celtics' group. I'm going to lobby he consider taking a Boston deal even if slightly less than others based on his past comments and his outlook on the team.

With Zach Lowe:

Dudley: To be honest with you, who I've been hearing great things [about] ... Brad Stevens. That's the buzz going around the league right now.

Lowe: So who do you hear that from? From Celtics players?

Dudley: Players. Players, ex-players. I played with Jerryd Bayless who played for him. Obviously back then he was a rookie coach the first couple of years, but he was coaching like a vet. He knew when to give rest to guys, not to be in practice too long, his X's and O's, his confidence instilled in players. He was playing a lot of different guys. He just knew it. Some people just get it at a young age.

“Free agents are definitely looking to Boston as a destination now and that is a credit to Danny Ainge and Brad Stevens.”

Dudley went on to cape for the Boston fans. “Boston has the best fans when it comes to all sports in the United States. Bruins, Red Sox, Patriots, Celtics. They support you when you’re not good and they support you when you’re in Super Bowls and that’s rare.

As far as I'm concerned, I think it's ok, but I wouldn't say anything like "That's WAY too much, or too little, or lopsided" or anything like that, so I don't know what you'd like to say. Maybe comment on things after they have been accepted and confirmed by commish.
