3. Still maintain rights to Bayless ($3.9MM cap hold)

4. Everyone with the exception of Giannis, Parker, Middleton, Maker and Brogdon are available in the right deal.

5. Bucks have roughly 21.9MM in available cap space along with their full MLE ($5.628MM) and BAE ($2.203MM) and two TPE ($4.25MM and $5.2MM) which both expire on 7/9/16.

At midnight on July 1st we meet with Marvin Williams and pitch him on joining the Bucks. We have Jason Kidd, LED, Middleton and Parker all there. We let him know he is our 1st choice and think he could be the missing piece to get us deep into the playoffs. He will be getting plenty of minutes playing both forward positions alongside Giannis and Jabari along with Middleton. Kidd lets him know on offense with Giannis running point he will be getting plenty of open looks from 3 and easy baskets cutting to the rim. On defense he fits perfectly in our switching and constant attacking scheme. Regardless if he is starting or not he will be in the game come crunch time and likely average 28-30mpg which should keep him fresh as he continues to add mileage to his body. He will also be able to play in a brand new arena once completed and help bring the Milwaukee Bucks back to a championship caliber franchise. We need veterans like him to lead our young star players into the next phase of our "Own The Future" game plan and his signing would be the transition into their new phase "The Future is Now!" We would offer him a 3yr/$45MM deal.

We would then call Courtney Lee and have Kidd talk to him about how we are needing a guard who can play alongside the most amazing young player in the game today and think he is the perfect fit to start next to him. Offering him a 2yrs/$21MM deal with the idea of having him start both years and hitting the market early enough to get one last big payday. Starting on a young and upcoming team where he can showcase his leadership, shooting and defensive prowess will help increase his stock as a solid 3&D player meaning he will be in line for his final big payday when the salary cap is projected to reach $120MM.

For trade offers: I would offer the Spurs MCW straight up for Patty Mills.

As for team needs: we need to move on from the Monroe and MCW experiments, add shooters, a guard who can play off the ball and defend opposing PGs, veteran leadership and better quality bench players.

Did you just GM an off season where Galloway isn't on our team? And get me some Dudley!

I already offered a contract to Galloway and am wanting Dudley to wait things out until tomorrow to make his decision but the bidding is getting a bit out of hand for his services (i.e. 4 year offers and $10MM+ per).

Probably the same place as Cleveland. Tried to get a deal done with that guy but he's a no show. No response to PM either.

Will entertain deals for Archie Goodwin (last year of contract on cheap deal-has shown upside finishing and passing)...or Brandon Knight, but he won't just be given away...with these contracts his is pretty reasonable at this point.

Ok, I will admit that I haven't read through the whole thread, I see this is much more living out the process on line than I had thought

It's been barely 12 hours since this really started and much of that sleeping time for the States. Plus people have jobs/school/lives. I think its too quick to worry about a couple guys who haven't posted anything just yet.

I don't know Streakers that well, but jayjaysee has been a good poster for a long time. I have no doubts that when he has time he will respond itt.

Yeah, he didn't really seem to want to do it. It's not like Cleveland has to do much anyway.

OK, I'll accept the original offer of Tucker and Chandler for Kanter, since the other owner I had a pending offer with is MIA.

Done deal. :D

I feel like I need a commission on this deal since I proposed that exact trade a few days ago....

I'm having second thoughts already .

Its done here, but has Chandler fallen off this far or is it motivation?

Well that ship has sailed. I couldn't risk passing up one offer while waiting on a pending one.

If this is the going rate for Barton, please contact Philly first.

I don't see anything that interests me unless you want to offer a future first or possibly anyone you have overseas.

All fair, and true. I havent done a headcount, but these types of things generally have a few no-shows.

My guess is much of it is motivation. He had a very good year in Dallas in 2015. I think he had expectations that the Suns were serious about competing--and I believe they were serious when they signed him. But then LMA didn't sign, Morris acted like a baby until he was dealt, the guards got hurt, and then they had him playing with Len and were clearly tanking to improve their draft stock.

I think if he was on a team like OKC, he'd be really productive for 20-25 mpg and a great guy in the room.

That said, I should be telling you he sucks because if Whiteside passes on Dallas, we'd still be interested in giving you cap space/TPE for him. :D

I'm wondering if we could work out three way trade that gets Knight or bledsoe to Sacramento for Some combinatiob of Koufos, Benny Mac and change. I'd think Dallas, Indiana, Charlotte, Miami and Boston would be solid partners to try and make something happen

I guess you'd have to figure out what they might give up. Looking for 3&D wing. I wouldn't mind Casspi as part of a deal, but would want more than that.
