Up for trade are McGary, Huestis, Kanter. (Edit, also Ilyasova)

I'm picking up Morrow's option and letting Waiters test RFA.

I'd offer Philly a sign and trade of Waiters for Hollis Thompson at whatever price they'd get Dion for.

I'd offer Phoenix Chandler and Tucker for Kanter.

Renouncing Foye's rights should take the salary cap space to approximately 8 mil over the cap.

I'd also offer the MLE to Darrell Arthur or Trevor Booker if either are available.

Finally I'd inquire with Charlotte if they'd have interest in a sign and trade for Marv.

At this point I have to keep Ersan as it won't clear cap space unless Kanter is gone.

Edit:

Oh and duh, I offer KD a max contract, his choice of the full 5 year or 1 + 1.

Edit: Adding my pitch, though don't know if its needed.

Kevin, we've been home for you for 9 years and greatly appreciate all you've given the city and state of Oklahoma. We feel like we've built a great young team around you and with your best friend in Russ at your side, this team is on the brink of a great future. We just brought in a fantastic young SG who you've been friends with for years and have a great group of hard workers in the locker room who were one of, if not the youngest ever conference finalists. Kevin, the decision is yours, but know OKC will always appreciate all you've given and we'd really hope to have you stay here for life.

Also wanted to add Kanter is available for cap space if anyone wants, and Singler is available too.

I'm offering up an offer to Chicago for Taj Gibson of Huestis/McGary/Ersan if they're going rebuild.

I'd also offer the MLE for Luol Deng.

Finally, I try to extend RFA offers to Adams at 4/68 and Roberson at 4/32.

Would you be interested in a deal involving Brendan Wright for Anthony Morrow and Mitch McGary?[/quote]
Slight, but I'd rather keep Morrow if at all possible, any interest in another player to swap for him? If not let me know and it may be considered. Could really use the SG with Waiters likely gone.

Yes, we are still planning on keeping Al Horford.

You embody the ideals that we want from this team in your versatility, your commitment to teamwork, your character, and your play on the floor. To that end, we're offering you a 3-year max contract with full Bird rights raises year over year and a 4th year player option.

Inquiry: Are you looking to acquire more cap space to help sign Horford/Bazemore? Perhaps the Jazz could work with you. I expect to have around 8mil in cap space I could sell. Maybe something like Trey Burke for Splitter or Korver/Sefolosha. Jazz would require some compensation beyond the straight up trade if you were interested in working something out.

Miami is offering Bismack Biyombo a 3 year, $30 million contract with a player option in year 3, starting at $9.6 million. 4.5% annual raises. Miami's conversation with Biyombo is short and sweet. We dump the rings on the table and show talk about the Heat organization and culture turned Hassan Whiteside from a fringe NBA player to max NBA player in 2 years. We sell Biyombo on the idea of him getting the full max in 2 years, as he's about to turn 26.

Alonzo Mourning will be present when the contract is offered.

Miami is also offering Luol Deng a deal starting at $6 million for 1-3 years in length. Players choice with last year being a player option.

We're actually doing all right on cap space. Horford has Bird rights, and with my waives I have enough space for his cap hold and Bazemore at the moment. The only way I'd need that cap space is if Horford wants to ink the deal straight away and Baze wants to wait.

I'd be interested in Burke for Splitter regardless. Would the 2017 Nets 2nd do it?

Portland would be willing to Absorb Korver and back off of Bazemore as to not drive the price up.

Spurs would like to reach out to FA:

Joe Johnson
"Joe, we loved the versatility on both ends of the court that you brought to Miami last season. So that we are truthful, a consistent starting role may not be available in our lineup, but there is sure to be plenty of matchups that will warrant a 3-wing set which could include Kawhi, yourself, and Danny Green/Kevin Durant. We realize that there will undoubtedly be suitors that can offer more money to you, but we feel that our championship pedigree and your fire as a competitor may make you amenable to less than market value for a chance at a championship. We wanted to make our interest known in a 2 year, minimum offer with a Player Option for year 2, similar to the deal we signed David West to last offseason. Should you decide quickly, we'd like to get a verbal commitment that is to be formally consummated after we have used our projected cap space on what we hope to be our big fish, Kevin Durant, who we are hoping to hear from by Day 2. We wanted to reach out to you now, to show you that you are a priority..just that it's strictly technicalities that would prevent an immediate signature."

Wizards offer Bismack Biyombo $60m over 4 years (starting at just above $14m with 4.5% raises). Wizards are looking to make BB their center of the future.

Wizards also have an offer for Solomon Hill to sign 4-year contract starting at $8m, 4.5% raises or $34m over 4 years with TO for 4th year. Hill would replace Jared Dudley and take a lot of bench minutes anywhere from 2 to 4.

Miami is raising their offer to Bismack Biyombo to 3 years, $40 million, starting at $12.8 million, 4.5% annual raises, with a player option for the 3rd year. While our offer is lower than Washington's, we have a proven track record of developing and maximizing a players value, leading to a bigger contract in the future. We will also give Biyombo the option to take a 1+1 deal if he wants to hit free agency again a year earlier. Hassan Whiteside is evidence of an athletic big man who turned into a league max player in the Miami system, and we are selling Biyombo on the idea of leaving a few dollars on the table today for a lot more dollars in the near future.

We still have an offer on the table for Luol Deng, starting at $6 million, for 1-3 years with the final year being a player option, 7.5% annual raises. This is slightly above the mid level with higher annual raises.

We are putting 2 contracts on the table for Dewayne Wade 3 years, $45 million starting at $14 million with 7.5% annual raises and 4 years, $57 million starting at $12,75 million with 7.5% annual raises.

Willing to listen on what people would trade in exchange for Jonas Jerebko (1/$5M) and Amir Johnson (1/$12M).

Not shopping them but have more depth up front if potential FA signings go through.

I guess you'd have to figure out what they might give up. Looking for 3&D wing. I wouldn't mind Casspi as part of a deal, but would want more than that.

Bullock for Goodwin could be a good deal for us both. Phoenix gets a 3 and D wing like you want and Detroit gets their backup PG who can play next to Jackson sometimes at SG

I'll have to get back to you on that. Probably not though since we've already had Bullock and he didn't do much.

Bucks would be willing to absorb Jerebko with their TPE once they have used up the majority of available cap space.

Just quoting again, depending on what happens with Sullinger if I can get a sign and trade I may be interested.

Whats your price tag on Tyler ulis?

My guess is much of it is motivation. He had a very good year in Dallas in 2015. I think he had expectations that the Suns were serious about competing--and I believe they were serious when they signed him. But then LMA didn't sign, Morris acted like a baby until he was dealt, the guards got hurt, and then they had him playing with Len and were clearly tanking to improve their draft stock.

I think if he was on a team like OKC, he'd be really productive for 20-25 mpg and a great guy in the room.

That said, I should be telling you he sucks because if Whiteside passes on Dallas, we'd still be interested in giving you cap space/TPE for him. :D

Ulis not on table. Booker pretty much begged our GM to take him aND will be great with Bender and Chriss.

Secondary option free agents could benefit from waiting for Day 2 or Day 3, once the marquee ones are off the board... Offers will be higher than what I see today

He can be really good. It's motivation. He had 27 boards in a game and mid to high teens for a stretch of games. Tucker leaves it all on the floor.

Your generosity is noted. My counteroffer is that you don't drive up my price on Bazemore and I don't put you on a max RFA clock with Crabbe by signing him to an offer sheet.

When Horford signs with Houston instead of staying with Atlanta, lets talk trade of Korver/Thabo and you finally hit the reset button the rest of the way.
