Nope. This is a scam site. SHANGHAI MEICHENG TECHNOLOGY INFORMATION DEVELOPMENT CO has opened like 4890 domains with many being reported for Scam Sites. And, this is a brand new site reportedly circulating on Facebook and Emails.
