OK, so if I understand you correctly, Ulis will NOT be considered as one of the 15 I need to fill the roster by the end of this thing?

What I mean is second rounders you want on your roster will still be one of the 15, but they automatically count as the league minimum if you keep them. It's up to you to keep them or waive them for roster space to get to 15.

Do you know what league minimum is for this year? I can find rookie scales but not league minimum.

$543,471 .. but yeah those links should answer a lot of the questions you have that are CBA related.

Would you move Burke for the non guaranteed contract of Duje Dukan?

Kent Bazemore - come to Philly Baby!

We haven't given you an offer yet because we thought for sure Atlanta would be working like crazy to bring you back. We are shocked that they apparently don't seem to understand how valuable a player you are. Philly knows your value and that you would be loving the open threes from Simmons kickouts while being the shutdown defender we desperately need.

We're willing to offer $17 million a year with max raises for 4 years with the last year a team option. If you want less years, that's fine with us too.

Hmm, I have no idea why that is. Anyone know how to fix this?

Dunno, says you are setup to not receive PMs? it's weird, even if I try to send you one new (and not reply) it says I can't add you.

I'll just post the offer based on your PM.

If you are willing to trade Noel... I'll give up both a top 10 protected 1st in 2017 (top 3 2018, unprotected 2019) and the Cleveland pick in 2018, Pat Connaughton, and not match Crabbe for Noel & a 2017 2nd round pick.

Bucks rescind their offer to Trevor Booker but turn right around and offer the same full MLE contract (3yrs/$17.655MM with 3rd year TO) to Terrence Jones. If accepted by Jones, Milwaukee already has a S&T set in place with Houston.

My bad. We fully intend to bring him back and match.

Confirming Houston will work with Milwaukee, while otherwise planning on matching.

cheaper pieces, general depth, maybe a little cap space freed. Only guys who could be fringe starters or prospects that can play bench minutes though. No guys I've never heard of or anything.

I'll make an offer if the remaining FA offer out there for Boston doesn't pan out.

Question on RFA's. Galloway signed a offer sheet and I have to match by the end of Day 2. Is it possible to make him the last transaction of the day making me able to use the rest of my cap space up? Or do I have to match before signings are announced?

Sportscrazy's call but I think it makes sense if you have to announce your intention to match by the 10pm deadline but if he is going to have anyone sign with you today, it will be considered to have happened prior to the "match"

I believe you will have to match by the end of day 2 but I could be wrong.

Yes, I had seen these but figured it might jump with the unanticipated jump in the salary cap. It's interesting that all of the max's go up because they are based on a % of cap but the minimums are predetermined.

Yes, as a matter of fact I have a thread with all that stuff on the Suns forum but I was for some reason thinking that minimums would jump up a bit more than anticipated like the max's which are based on % of cap.

Are no offers accepted until end of day?

Yep, just went back to the rules. Tough to find all the rules and outstanding offers to each player when you have to go to the other forum and scroll down to the bottom of page 1 for day one and then page 2 for a reminder of rules.
