That's why I added "for all intents and purposes" and "rookie." Maybe more Kemp-ish.

I just need to gush irrationally over him for at least another week. Good things don't happen to us that often

Dragan Bender has the physical tools to move up or move down to the 3 or 5, allowing both he and Marquese to feasibly share the floor (Marquese could also play the 3, but he needs a stronger handle, and as of now he definitely seems best at the 4 to space the floor and drive past slower bigs). What really seals it for me is the great passing and unselfish mentality that Bender brings. Most of the time if you bring in two top prospects at the same position and tell them to share the court, they'll both have a scorer's mentality and wind up hurting the team and each other by not playing together, but I can easily see these guys playing off of each other instead. It probably won't happen this year, but I can't wait to see Booker, Bender, and Marquese playing simultaneously. Booker and Bender are both well above the average passers for their positions, and with a pass-first PG I can just imagine the ball whipping from one side of the court to the other, with Marquese's incredible finishing ability being a constant threat.

I know TJ is just coming back from injury, but I can see Ulis-Booker-TJ-Chriss-Bender being one of the fastest 5-man units in the league. I kind of wanted to see them throttle people in Summer League. It sounds like TJ isn't quite ready for 5-on-5 yet and won't be for a while. Still, the possibilities of this line-up look intriguing, don't they?

Fun question, would you guys have done Bledsoe for No 5 pick to draft Kris Dunn? Imagine having Bender/Dunn/Chriss going forward along with Booker. Could be a huge disaster having three picks in the top 8, or a huge success...

I have seen the video in nba.com/suns showing the first moments of the three rookies in the Suns premises, saying hello to the workers at the offices and meeting McD in a meeting with some other workers, agents (at least Bender's is there).
It surprised me negatively that, while Bender stands up to shake McD hand, in a very polite way, and while Chriss does the same, a little bit more quietly, Ulis did not even stand up and remained sit to do so.
What a lack of manners. I believe this has nothing to do with his basketball level, but certainly it was a detail I could not help but noticing.

The biggest question for these three young men is whether or not they will get a chancge to play.

While Ulis can backup Bledsoe (and develop, as we "don't need" to win this year) and play 15 MPG this year, Bender and Chriss can play the PF between each other. On the one hand, it would be nice to have them both split the minutes. However, veteran precense in the team is important (something the 76ers for example did not have in recent years).

I do hope that Len keeps getting minutes this year next to Bender.

In my opinion we do not need to sign both of Mirza and Leuer. One of them is more than enough, as I don't mind being in the lottery again next year as long as the Rookies, Warren, Booker and Len play as much as they can.

Also, I would trade Knight since he doesn't pass the ball, and we need to young ones to have the best passer on the court at all times (I think that Len would have developed WAY better if he had a PG that passes decently).

Ha,ha... good point!!!
He did not stand up.
By watching a second time I realized he was just signing something so he could not react quick enough to stand up.

I've been looking for any updated video comps of our players but most of them are clips we've already seen before, but this video has some stuff that I haven't seen yet.

I think I have seen every last clip on him. Waiting for the summer league to start for some new stuff.

And yea, today's rap music is horrendous. I always mute these current highlight vids.

It really is. There are some bright spots - mainly Kendrick Lamar - but the mainstream sound is awful.

SHAZAM!

Suns traded Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, Jae Crowder and 4 1st round picks and a swap so some Vegas Bookies would like us.
