Re: Mock Off-Season: Day 2
Bulls offer Dwyane Wade a 2y, $50MM contract with $5MM guaranteed on the 2nd year and a Player Option.
Pitch: We want you back home, Dwyane. We would like to become competitive again this upcoming year and you give us the best chance to achieve that. This roster also needs your leadership skills to help our young players develop. We envision you and Jimmy sharing the ball handling duties, with Lopez/Gibson in the paint and McDermott/Dunleavy/Mirotic/Moore spreading the floor.
Bulls also keep their Early Bird max offer (4y 26-28MM) for E'twaun Moore

You can go up or down 4.5% per year. I think if you have bird rights you can go up or down 7.5% per year.

Re: Mock Off-Season: Day 2
Atlanta contacts Crabbe's representation to let him know that if someone steals Bazemore, he's in line to get a 3-year, $16mil starting with 4.5% raises deal.
EDIT: Atlanta fires the intern who neglected to mention that Crabbe was signed

As myself I would consider it. As the Hawks GM he doesn't fit the way that we like to structure our team.

Re: Mock Off-Season: Day 2
Pelicans list of outstanding offers:
In order of preference
Demar Derozan 4 years 102.5 million (looking for verbal commitment, will have to renounce all free agents and then clear a little additional cap space through trades.
Ryan Anderson 4 years 80 million (again looking for verbal commitment. Would like to use available cap space before officially signing him)
Luol Deng 3 years 40 million
David West Room exception (2.8 million year 1 with a player option for the same amount next season, will use part of the MLE if we stay over the cap.)
