Eh, it might be kind of neat to see a lineup with 3 ball handlers- I can't remember the last time we had that. I like Parsons and would be excited to see him in the offense. A lot of money, though.

Batum was leaving the moment he became a free agent. That's it. We wouldn't have him next year regardless of what happened so it's a moot point.

Parsons makes our team better if we get him. He can dribble, pass, and shoot, all of which he's much much much better at than Harkless.

Just go back and watch how bad we were when the clippers trapped Dame & CJ over and over again in the playoffs. Whoever they passed to couldn't do anything with the ball. Only after the injuries to Paul & Griffin did Plumlee start to figure it out. Even then they just left Plumlee at the top of the key. When he drove they just swatted his shot 10000x times.

Does anyone know what sort of health situation Parsons has? Is it a repeat thing or just bad luck? If he were healthy he could be an ideal pick up. Then again that's probably what DAL thought when they signed him.

Do you like knees? If you like knees, you won't like Parsons.

 Relax guys, nobody can have a meeting with these Free Agents yet lol, all these reporters are just blowing their loads early (including WOJ) because we will all quote it and repost/retweet create buzzes over it. Look I'm not a sucker, I know stuff goes on behind the scenes to work the system but still lol, Olshey has a meeting scheduled so lets watch it play out before this whole forum dies of alcohol poisoning.

it's his right knee and he has meniscus problems. Last summer, he underwent a hybrid micro-fracture surgery on the knee; this year, he had a standard meniscus repair surgery

I do worry about any meniscus surgery. We all know how those turn out.

It's still 95 minutes before the start of FA. Until then its all guesswork assuming NO is in
New York and Dame is in LA

Dame and Stotts to LA for Parsons
Neil Olshey and Paul Allen to New York for Whiteside
And, CJ to Melisandra the Red Witch to curse everyone who does the Blazers wrong

Part of me wonders if they're going for Parsons and then will take Kanter off of OKC's hands to give them cap room. But if that's the case, we will need two balls and be prepared to give up 140 a night.
