Mozgov officially signed $64 / 4. Alex Len extension is going to be a huge discussion.

Yes, we all said that was smart to lock in long term contracts before the cap spike. I just wish Knight and Chandler were better. That's all. "You're car is a piece of ****." "Well at least I didn't pay as much as you did for your piece of ****!"

That's the one sir. Mozgov pure insanity to the highest level of ineptitude. Thank God we got Mickey D as a GM to prepare for this turn of apocalyptic events

If Mozgov can get 4/65, Len is worth 4/82 easily. Hold on folks, its going to be a bumpy ride.

That Heat 2019 and 2022 picks just grew in value.. I'd say it went up 25% just with the Whiteside rumours.

I wish all the Suns players had signed 5yr contracts last offseason.

Take a moment to reflect on the bum change the Morrii are getting paid.

Actually that's about right, isn't it? :P

Whiteside resigns with heat, Conley back to Memphis pushing for Parsons.

I hope Parsons goes to Memphis. Happy Conley is staying (assuming that's a done deal).
Disappointed that Whiteside went back to Miami. I'm guessing Dallas offered a mega deal and he took it to Miami and said, 'match it or I'm going to Dallas'. So they probably did.

That Mozgov deal though...If a team is willing to spend that much on a mediocre center, I guess we COULD trade Chandler if/when the field starts to dry up.

Jordan Clarkson $50m / 4.

First 'sensible' deal in FA (Similar to Knight's next 4 years).

Does he know Timothy Mozgov is getting paid $14m more?

I still think OKC works out a S+T involving Kanter/something else for Horford. So With Whiteside gone does Cuban sign Dwight and beg for Parsons to come back. This very well could be the year Dirk leaves. He opted out and wants a shot at another ring with the consensus being Golden State. How about what's going on up in New York as they have embarked on the medical reclamation project. With an all injury backcourt of Gordon and Rose to go along with Noah up front? May the gods grant mercy upon the horny one and let the Knicks run wild with wreckless abandon while avoiding catastrophic injuries this year. :D I amuse myself at times

Where did you want Whiteside to go? Surely not the west?

Dallas where they can continue to be mediocre. They aren't close to contending, even with Whiteside. With Dirk on his way out, they'd continue to be on the treadmill.

With the Wade talk, I have no doubt the Nets and 76ers were 2 of the teams offering him a multiyear offer. Probably the max from both.

If the Nets got him, they could push to sign Deng too and have a lineup of Lin/Wade/Deng/anyone/Lopez.
You aren't winning a ring with that team but you can fight for the playoffs at the least.

If Philly signed him, you still aren't sniffing the post season, but he can teach those kids who have only been taught how to lose, what a winning culture is all about. If I'm Wade, that's a challenge I think I'd enjoy being a part of. Especially since he already has 3 rings.
