Tickets Request (Aug. 19-20)

Hey Cubbies,

I'm coming to town from Aug. 18-25, and I want to go to a Cubs game (so that I live-out Ferris Buhler's Day Off!) :wink:

The only home games during this stretch are against the Red Birds (Cards) on Aug. 19-20, and unfortunately, only single seats are available from the box office.

So I need some help/direction on where to get tickets for either game.

Where should I go/contact - any ticket brokers?
Should I try to deal with scalpers?
Are any posters willing to sell their tickets for either of these games?

www.stubhub.com is a good option since they are a big site.
Or
Join up at www.bleedcubbieblue.com and they have some ticket exchanges there.

Another "risky" option you could try is going on www.cubs.com the day before the game and there may be extra tickets available. (I went on cubs.com and got Cubs/White Sox tickets the day before.

Just google "cubs tickets" and a bunch of brokers will come up, just use whichever ones have the seats you need. I just bought 5 tickets together for the game on the 20th from one of those sites on google...

I recommend StubHub. You can usually get decent seats without paying out the ass.
