Shams Charania ‏@ShamsCharania 47s47 seconds ago

Sources: Hawks, Nets, T'Wolves, Spurs and Hornets among 8-10 teams to contact free agent Kris Humphries. He'll decide once market clears.

Hopefully a MLE candidate and not a Marv substitute.

Other than that, no strong thoughts. Yay for making it into a rumor for a guy that wasn't on our team last season?

We probably like a lot of players.

we tried to trade for him that one time he averaged a double double for the nets.

i dont know why we would spend the MLE on a PF when we have Frank, unless its a marvin replacement.

Maybe we want to run him as a C?

Yeah I don't know, good point.

Hump is fine on the cheap as a random big man in the rotation.

He isn't a starter or Marv replacement by any means.
My picks:
2020 Draft (3rd pick) - Tyrese Haliburton, Devin Vassell, or Onyeka Okongwu
2021 Draft (11th pick) - Moses Moody

He would provide rebounding we have been missing and some toughness. I would imagine he would be the backup center playing with Frank to provide some muscle to our lineups.

I really don't understand our ongoing obsession with Humphries. He's fine as the Tyler replacement, but that's about it.

There was a time I wanted Humphries also. But that was a few years ago. There comes a time to let it go. Cho.....let ...it...go.
I continue to wait...and hope...for the return to Hornet's glory.
