Bucks offer Tyler Johnson a 4yr/$40MM deal (starting just shy of $9.5MM with 4.5% raises) We think Tyler has the potential to be a great starting guard next to Giannis and would benefit from playing and developing alongside some of the best young players in the league. We also feel you can benefit significantly being coached by a future Hall of Famer.

Bucks would also like to make an offer to Miles Plumlee for 4yrs/$27MM front loaded contract starting at $7.5MM going down 7.5% every year thereafter. We are making the 4th yr a TO. We also want him to know he will be our starting center until Thon Maker is ready to take over in 3-4 years.

Dirk is pretty much going to stay in Dallas at this oint of free agency, just waiting for the most money Dallas could offer him at this point and he's going to take it.

Dallas is done shopping and we still have a ton of cap space. We'd like to offer Dirk a 1 year $25M deal. To pay him back for the paycut he took on his last contract.

Cavs accept they don't know the CBA very well with the Wood signing, but are still very excited to lock him up using a third of the mini MLE. The roster now is almost complete, Delly is still hoping someone offers him more money but the Cavs decide to keep their initial offer out to him..
Mr Duje Dukan wasn't even flown to Cleveland before being dropped from the team. Sorry, buddy.

While waiting on Matty.. Not the most exciting offseason, but bringing Osman over early is seen as big win for us. Hope he ends up taking Jefferson's minutes by the playoffs and the NBA experience will help develop more than beating up Euroleaguers. We also feel locking up a very young stretch four in Wood was a win in our opinion. He won't get meaningful minutes, but ideally puts on some weight and takes Frye's spot in a year or two.

Because, we are not too excited with a 31 year old wasting a roster spot when he will only play the last two minutes of complete blowouts; with Thompson, Frye, Kostas at center Kaun is a luxury that I don't care about;

edit? Since the tax payer ex is 3.47 million, we in Cleveland believe we can split it into three minimum contracts under CBA rules. We thought about hitting up some twitter accounts and asking but GM's are usually frowned upon for doing such things. Under that assumption we hope to fill the back of our roster with some raw youth.. The pitch? You get paid to play basketball in the NBA instead of China? You might get a ring? You get to meet Lebron?
