Re: Durant
Apparently Curry is being pretty silent and not really part of things. Green and Thompson have been driving it and are selling him on starting to build chemistry during the Olympics. But Draymond thinks he would rather be on the east coast and have the easier path to the Finals.
And yes, the guy next to me is talking to Draymond regularly. Like every few minutes.
Jamal Crawford is the other guy he is talking to. If Durant goes GSW, Crawford goes there and KD told him he would let him know. If KD goes elserwhere, Crawford is taking the Philadelphia money.

Dont have a source but I heard from a reputable person who has ties in the NBA , that hes staying in OKC , but if he leaves it will be more then likely Golden state, Boston is very likely though otherwise. noone else is even in the running
I have a feeling he will join the Celtics because of there chances to get much better and him being the alpha dog here with great odds of a championship, he would more then likely win at least a few MVPs here, not even one would be possible in GState, and its tough to get one in OKC with westbrook there, and if he wins in boston he becomes a legend and will most certaintly win finals mvp as well.
thats what i heard, so if i was betting i would pick boston at + odds to join Celtics.
but they remain 3rd as of now. Okc 36% Gstate34% boston30%
its a 3 team race....nobody really knows what his brain is thinking though

Re: Durant
Both the Horford and Durant sweepstakes have been super-exciting, but I really wish people would cool it with the "he's a pussy" if he doesn't sign here BS. It's been pretty disgusting in both of the FA threads, and in the Horford thread everyone who went that route looks like a **** moron. Can we at least show a little class, given how much everyone around here likes to hype up how classy the Celtics' organization and fan base is?

This is killing me! Thank you for the updates! I'm glad you have something to keep you entertained because the basketball has been really bad this year, even for SL.
"I think the criticism's stupid," Stevens said. "So I don't care. I'm with Jaylen (Brown) on that. Those two had achieved more than most 25 and 26 year olds ever had. I'd rather be in the mix and have my guts ripped out than suck."

It may be hours yet fellas. OKC still gets their last shot. So, don't hold your breath.

Man I'm telling the you.. Current roster with just KD contends. When you factor in our infomercial list of "but wait there's more.." It'll be really frustrating for KD to pass that up

I nearly pissed in my pants reading that. Please god, let this be true. Im praying right now. If we get Durant, we will at some point win a championship or multiple. Durant is that great. Do whatever it takes to get this guy Danny. Trade whoever, anything. Need him now. I don't care about the future picks if KD is really interested here.

Re: Durant
I have a feeling. Just a feeling. But I think he's actually coming to Boston. It makes so much sense and KD is a different kind of superstar. I just can't see him going to GS, and I think he's ready for a change of scenery.
God what a team we'd have.

Dude, if you guys can get him, you bloody RUN at it.
Isaiah Thomas / Marcus Smart / Terry Rozier
Avery Bradley / R.J. Hunter
Jae Crowder / Jaylen Brown
Kevin Durant / Jordan Mickey
Al Horford / Kelly Olynyk
