Yeah this is really crazy. Either we instantly become a contender or I take a year long (at least) break from being a hardcore basketball fan.
Hang in there man.

Re: Durant
I haven't posted here for a long time... and it has NEVER been this exciting since that time. This topic sent my heart rate from zero to hundred very quick.
Also, the affinity for RealGM boards to gain prime information ahead of everyone else is fascinating. Anyone remember how ddb broke the KG trade?

Re: Durant
There really is no reason to go to GS.
They have already beaten the all-time record for wins and have won a championship. They've done it without him and they're still the team to beat without him. What does it do to his legacy? Nothing.
This isn't a LeBron situation where there are specific players from his draft class that he was dying to play with.
Come to Boston KD and be the REASON we win. Cement your legacy and become a legend.

All I want to say is, if Durant doesn't come here, I hope no one gets stupid and tries to bash Smitty like we've seen before with other insiders

When you type D on twitter, the first thing you see as a search option is "Durant Celtics" you know our whole fanbase worldwide is losing their ****.

Don't do it KD. Don't be LeBron. Celtics can win this year with you.

I have never been on this much edge as a Celtics fan. Not even game 7 of the 2010 NBA finals when I realized the refs were screwing the Celtics was I was as glued to what was going on.
