Rondo to the Bulls...I still remember seeing Game 6 in Chicago during the playoffs when we went to double OT and hearing all of the Chicagoans talk about how much they despise Rondo lol

I am happy for Rondo. It is good for him to get out of Sacramento. The Kings were going nowhere. Even if the Bulls end up deciding to tank next year and trade off Butler, it is better to be in Chicago than Sacramento.

Damn, if Ainge would of gotten Jimmy Butler i think you guys would of gotten KD. Maybe you guys still get him, but JB + Hortford + young talent with Stevens as a head coach is an easy sell. Not to mention playing for a storied franchise.

The latest is still tonight, but no one has heard 7 PM EST.

Word is that KD wants to be respectful to everyone (teams, players, fans, and media - probably in that order!

) and let them enjoy their holiday by announcing tonight. He also doesn't want to announce while OKC is actually playing a game.

So, maybe 7 PM EST makes sense because they just wrapped up here.

KD will be Golden State's best player and I think he is of the same opinion. I doubt that ruining his legacy is even on his mind should he make that decision. Just gotta hope Boston was able to sway him regardless.
