Me too. I like him a lot. Elite defender. Similar game to rondo in that he can't shoot but he rebounds defends excellent floor general. Would make a great addition.

Greetings from a pacers fan... I wanna first say I'm not here to start no trouble but just to offer what my source is telling me. PG was talked about but very very briefly. He wasn't even discussed just inquired about. My source tells me PG13 isn't going anywhere. Vlade asked bird and bird said sorry vlade you don't have what it will take. On the same token, bird called vlade about gay. Vlade said ellis for gay straight up. Bird then tried to push stuckey on vlade instead of ellis and vlade is hesitant. As of 1 hr ago, my source told me talks haven't stalled BUT kings are looking at other options now in which they weren't 2 hrs ago. Nothing is imminent with either team, sounds like ellis and stuckey are the sticking points.

Only problem with that is we have no interest in Monta Ellis. Not to mention Gay is more valuable.

My pacers source tells me ellis is what vlade asked for, but bird was unwilling to make that deal at this time.

Actually if Vlade did do Gay for Ellis sliding AA to the bench makes us stronger but Ellis 3pt shooting is not pretty

I still like Beverley but not getting some sort of 2nd option if Gay is moved is a no no. They used FA to build in around the talent they have and the draft to build for the future. There are implications when you do that so moving Gay for more role players is probably not the move to make right now.

Sam Amick is the only source and he was told not a chance in heck the Kings had interest.

What about Mirotic and our pick back for Gay? Is that not enough? I don't like Gay much so I don't value him very highly.

I would like it, I think. Just not sure why Houston does it. They could use Koufos, but that comes at the cost of opening a big hole at PG for them. And I'd think they'd prefer more of a defender next to Harden like Ariza.

Moving on :

A Rudy Gay trade should be happening in a very timely manner after K.Durant makes his decision on Monday .
As I have said a long time ago a lot of teams have interest in him .
Boston , Oklahoma would like him is he goes to the other or Warriors
Warriors did not have a big need for Gay before but they Want Durant as we all already know and if Durant signs elsewhere and if they lose Barnes they may pursue Gay though I don't think they will get him .
Other teams interested in Gay to name the ones pursuing him the most as of now are : Bulls , Pacers , Clippers , Wolves , but their are more .

Koufas might be packaged with him or added to a 3 team deal even if not I fully expect him traded soon now as well .
