I don't blame you fans but the owner deserves this.

huh. OKC didn't steal the Sonics. And how does an owner steal his own team?

As a Colts fan I've heard this argument for decades. What Baltimoreans couldn't accept is that they deserved to lose the Colts because local and state government were so incompetent. Therein lies the problem for Sonics fans.

Clay Bennett and Bob Irsay. Two class acts.

I'll let the thread stand for now, as this doesn't seem to be an attempt at trolling. But be aware it's on a very short leash.

Sorry, I was expressing frustration but I didn't really mean to troll. OKC fans are great. Clay Bennett is a rat though. Seattle didn't lose the team; it was stolen.

No, you're fine.

I do feel bad for Seattle, but many Seattle fans have spent many years being horrible to us, which makes me feel rather less bad.

That's fair. We'd steal a team too if we could and wouldn't feel bad for their fans. In the end though, with KD gone since he was drafted by the Sonics, I feel I might finally be able to put it behind me and root for OKC, especially because everyone should root against the warriors now. They are like the Yankees on crack.

Wow, you are one patient mod. I was thinking of locking it, and it's not even my forum!
