I'm not surprised he left but I am surprised we went to the Warriors. Anyway it makes it easier for us IMO because OKC is no longer a contender and will probably never contend for a championship again. Durant on that roster isn't any more formidable than the team GS had last year because they will lose a few pieces and chemistry.

Very surprised because I thought he was all about his own stats, which in my opinion have the greater chance to drop on the Warriors but I don't think we should be calling him a coward.

Our team almost won the same amount of games as the Warriors and we didn't even play well yet we chased him as well.

I also think you look at it like this. Curry isn't a superstar like Lebron, Kobe, Duncan, MJ etc. And neither is Durant.

So you got three Pippens rather than Jordan and almost Jordan and Pippen imo.

It's going to be fun to watch teams go at them. Probably means we definitely need to keep Green as well for the defense alongside Kawhi.

If we grab Gasol and our guards play well we can still compete for sure.

I wonder what the Warriors are going to have to give up to dump Bogut.

I'm reading Bogut is going to Dallas with Barnes

I really hope Dallas is getting a pick back with Bogut. They would be silly not too, Golden States in a kinda vulnerable situation.

I wonder if they had some kind of agreement already in place to get Bogut because GS knew they were getting Durant and Dallas supposedly signed Barnes to that offer sheet before Durant decided.

I don't think Dallas had that kind of leverage. Bogut was eligible for stretch waive.
