Not bad. At all. He does what Lin does on offensive end.

We got our squad.
Kemba/Nic/MKG/Marv/Cody
Ramon/Lamb/Marco/Frank/Spence
With Troy as wing insurance if Lamb forgets how to play again.

Let's wreck the East.
Who I woulda took:
2023: Miller | 2022: Duren | 2021: Bouknight, Jones | 2020: Ball | 2019: PJ | 2018: MPJ | 2017: Monk | 2016: Damian Jones | 2015: Winslow | 2014: Vonleh, Napier | 2013: McLemore | 2012: MKG | 2011: Knight, Kawhi

So unless we take on salary via trade, this means bye bye non-TP MLE, right?

We are racking up $6-7M deals - Lamb, Hawes, Belinelli, Sessions.

Solid signing. Solid back up. Love the way he attacks and gets to the line for easy points while putting opposing players in foul trouble. The lane will open up even more for him now with us and the way we space the floor.

Would be nice for him to put some serious work into his 3 ball though. If he can be a 35%+ shooter from range that would be huge.

Good value for money with this signing.

Cho be Cho'ing.

Curious how much salary we can take back via trade if you include $6M in salary going out and factor in our trade exceptions. Someone do the math.

Seems like an odd allocation of our cap space as things sit now.

I had finally concluded that we would need to wait for 7/7 for Cho's master plan to be revealed, when suddenly this downright bizarre use of cap space shouted, "Cho, in fact does not have a plan, but is, in fact, desperate to fill our bench with retreads!"

I mean, the drop on defense from Lin & Lee to Sessions and Belinelli is precipitous. And didn't we jettison Ramon because he was a terrible fit with Cliff's new 4 out 1 in offense? I am so confused.

This signing makes me very nervous.

Looking at post-Charlotte Sessions it looks like he has worked on his 3 point shooting.
My picks:
2020 Draft (3rd pick) - Tyrese Haliburton, Devin Vassell, or Onyeka Okongwu
2021 Draft (11th pick) - Moses Moody

Nah. As in he actually shot it OK in Washington. Real numbers vs Hendo media blurbs.

Thinking about it having Batum here might help him too.

The actual drop is from Lin and Lee to Sessions and MKG, which isn't as bad. Either way we could have had the perfect offseason and we still wouldn't be anything close to championship contenders. And I hate Sessions' game so I'm at a point of "whatever, man."

i have no idea who is playing defense on this team if/when MKG gets hurt. we have had a couple downgrades this offseason, we are banking on the young players improving and not getting hurt.

Yay, welcome back! We don't drop off at all on offense going from Lin to Sessions, but boy this bench sucks ass on defense now.

Spencer, Frank, Bellinelli, Lamb, Harrison, Sessions, plus Daniels on a QO. Clifford better not attempt to play all of them at the same time.

Starting to look good! Now get some rim-protection and you're set.
