100% disagree. And you are the first one I have even say make this claim. One of Jaylen's strengths reported by basically everyone is that he has the athelticism/skillset/body to immediately contribute in the NBA.
Ingram on the other hand needs a Muscle Farm gift card.
he's physically ready but i watched him a lot at Cal, he just doesn't have a great feel for the game. that's partly coaching, i think cuonzo martin is a hack who's a great recruiter but not much else (reminds me of todd bozeman). but he wasn't that dominant in college and the only way he did dominate was to simply overpower people. that will happen less in SL, and even less in the NBA.
i hope i'm wrong, but i see him as a 12-15 mpg guy next year, not a 25mpg top of the rotation player. don't get me wrong i'm not down on the kid at all, i'm totally on board with the pick. but he's going to need some coaching and experience to be able to use those physical gifts.
I think he has a better feel than anyone other than like Dunn in the top 10. I saw every game at Cal like most as well. So agree to disagree.
